Excellent coffee! Beans roasted on site. The guy who owns the business is the one making the coffee – he takes his craft seriously and his care shows in the quality of his product. For specialty coffee lovers, *this* is the place. There’s no indoor seating, but you can enjoy your coffee on the deck of the bakery next door if you want to linger.

great cortado and latte – the gentleman is serious about his craft.Robust extraction and fairly nice latte with artwork! Overall coffee is what matters as even next door in bakery you can get coffee but this is like flag in the wind place. Needs to survive and flourish. Very reasonably priced.

Third house is the best! Caleb does an amazing job with roasting the coffee beans. My husband and I love ordering lattes when we go, but we always buy some beans to take home to have for the week.

After an atrocious coffee at Snugg Harbor, and a very good one at Medio Cafe, the elite latte’s we experienced at Third House set the bar.
The owner/operator is a coffee nerd, and when he discovered that I too am a coffee nerd, the conversation was delightful.
He sent me home with a togo cup full of freshly roasted beans, I’m sipping a French Press cup from them as I write this rave review.
If you appreciate fine coffee, this is the spot on the island.
