When you’re at a mall, the kids are happily loading up on their favorite food at the food court, and you’re able to get your hands on Indian food—what more could you ask for? This is probably a first for an Indian restaurant in a Triangle mall food court.
The options are limited, but I’m not complaining. I personally liked the previous menu more (especially the street fried rice), but the naan/rice-and-protein combos are still solid. The Chicken 65 is a definite favorite!

Food has absolutely taken a dive from what it used to be . Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your money here with this inferior Indian food . This is not definitely not a reflection of the food culture that I’ve grown to love . Also the lady that’s been here since the original owner left needs a few lessons on customer service , as she’s the rudest person in the food court mall .i definitely didn’t finish it and wasted money for the last time here !

Food industry is a such a wonderful service where welcoming your customers happily is very key and valuable!! We had quite such an opposite experience where one of the staff was so grumpy, unhappy to my wife and also for all the customers who came. Some customers who were trying to know what different options were, she was like giving such an unhappy reaction like (why do you even come here, you are not going to buy anyhow)!!
Sorry but if people don’t want to welcome the customers happily or hate doing the job then they shouldn’t even be working or given an opportunity!
No matter how great quality food you cook or how tastier they are, if the customers are not happy they are not going to be satisfied with your food!!
So please educate your staff to be nice and happy so that your service will make a big difference and your customers will be happy!
The other staff was very respectful, happy and great!!

Tried this place out today for lunch and let’s say it did not disappoint! It actually exceeded my expectations! The service was top notch and the Chicken Tiki Marsala was delicious. I also got cheese nan and it was fresh made and cooked perfectly! I got it to go but had to sit down and grab a few bites in the food court because it was smelling so good, lol. Another thing to mention is that once the “to go” order is packed they also wrap your plate in plastic wrap to prevent a mess in your bag. I really appreciate when someone does something small like that because it shows that they truly think about the customer. The price was very reasonable as well. So, I highly recommend trying this place if you are at Crabtree and feeling like some delicious Indian food.

The chicken biryani is absolutely amazing! It’s made to order so you’ll have to wait but it is so so worth it. Will be coming back for more!
Update:
Unfortunately, this place has changed a lot. In addition to looking different, it seems the staff has changed and they no longer have the chicken biryani. It is still a fine place to eat. But they lost what made them special. Sad to say I am less excited about coming here in the future.

So I’ve tried most of the food at the food court at this mall and it’s what I expected to be
But this time I decided to try something different with my family
Plenty of options to choose from menu in general but only few vegetarian options but can’t complain about that since its not centered around it
Besides that the actual food itself once I took a few bites of it was REALLY REALY GOOD and I fell immediately in love with it! Although its a bit messy it was immaculate and I could not get enough of it
Even tho I couldn’t finish all of it since it was a lot for the plate I ate the rest the day after for lunch
All I can say it was the best Indian Food I had ever had!!
Highly Highly recommend trying this place out at least once or even more if you want too 😀

Great Indian food in the mall food court?! Who’d have thought?! Seriously tasty food, and served hot. A little expensive for what it is, but you’ll probably end up with enough food to get another meal or two out of it.
A highlight was the freshly made to order garlic naan. So incredibly tasty.

Visited Pandyanad and tried the chicken masala — it was absolutely delicious! The flavor was authentic, just like from a real Indian restaurant, but nicely adapted for America, not spicy. We even ordered more to take home. Highly recommend this place!

I was told by a baffled Indian friend of mine that some of the best chicken Tikka masala in the Triangle can be found at the Crabtree valley mall food court of all places, and he wasn’t kidding!! I don’t like going to the mall, but this place makes it infinitely worth it – I will go specifically for this food alone, and I’ll get extra just to bring home! They make their naan to order, and everything else is ready to go, as with the other shops in the food court. It is my husband’s and my favorite Indian food at half the price, and it is EVERYTHING.
