The young lady who took our order was super friendly & welcoming from the moment we entered and while taking our order and the young lady who served our food was very thoughtful & friendly. The food was excellent & I enjoyed the coffee. We sat outside and enjoyed the breathtaking view of the mountains. After breakfast we walked over to the store with all the home decor & Christmas decorations. We then walked around the greenhouse with the plants & pumpkins and then ventured off to the Amish furniture building. It was such a memorable experience for our family! Lord willing, we’ll be back!

This is going to be our go to favorite from now on. I cannot believe we didn’t know about this place. The food was fantastic- fresh, absolutely delicious. We had a latte and cappuccino, a parfait, French toast, breakfast croissant (chefs kiss! ) and a breakfast bagel. You customize it the way you want it with all the ingredients. You can either order inside or scan a QR code and order on your phone and wait for them to bring your food. It did take a little while to get the food but coffees came out quick so we were able to just hangout and enjoy our time. Normally the view is beautiful but we were there on a rainy day- we were still able to sit outside and enjoy the atmosphere! 10/10!! There’s a nursery/ gift shop/ home decor store right next door so you can also shop and look around while you wait. They open at 7 and we got there at 9 on a Saturday and it wasn’t too busy but it FILLED up right after. They do get very busy. Can’t wait to come back for their lunch menu!

I come up to West Jefferson to visit my aunt and this is the second time I’ve been there. The food is great however today I noticed that I was not charged correctly. My aunt and I both got breakfast sandwiches which on the board say $6.99 I was charged $11.99 for both. We got sides which those were extra charges, which is fine and two sodas. When I question why the sandwiches were not 6.99 and we were charged 11.99. The girl took it back to the kitchen. I guess to ask and when she came back, she said it was because we ordered sides and I’m like yes we did order sides, but we were charged for those sides too. Why were the sandwiches up charged so much and she just gave me the same answer. I still don’t understand but if you go here watch your receipts. I was really disappointed because I love the food there, but I don’t think I will go back.

The BEST sausage biscuit I’ve ever had!! I’ve dined in and gone through the drive through several times and it’s always a clean, pleasant experience. The staff is also incredibly nice! Be sure to check out their wide assortment of botanicals (seasonally) and cute shop next door!

We were passing through on vacation and found this cute place for breakfast, the people were really nice and it was giving family vibes. We loved the outdoors view and wished we could enjoy it but it was too cold to sit outside.

We were making our way from Sparta to West Jefferson. Since we had already had a late lunch, the only thing I tried was their vanilla ice cream but it was exactly what I needed to cool down!
The employees by the way, are the nicest folks! I also visited & wrote about their store next door. I hope to make my way back one day and try more off their menu including their coffee!

The sandwiches are the best, especially Don’s Turkey melt. The desserts and drink are pretty good too. Enjoy sitting on the patio by the fireplace to relax and enjoy the view. The staff are all friendly and nice.

Wonderful place to eat. Food was great, we had Avocado toast, Toasted Italiano with potato soup as well as coffees and smoothies. Everything was wonderful, friendly staff and welcoming dogs was a joy since our dog is paralyzed. Very clean and nice. Also spoke to the lady in the shop, she was very helpful and nice. Make sure to stop by here if your in the area you won’t regret it ✨️

I received a recommendation to stop.ar Oldhouse on my way back to Huntersville so I could grab a snack, and I’m so glad I did! Wish I had time to stay for lunch.
I had an amazing creme brulee donut which the server recommended heating up. That was a good call!
Service was quite good and there was a lot of seating variety inside and out with amazing views.
The cafe is also next to some other cool shops I want to come back and visit.
