Nothing beats an authentic meal prepared by native chefs or the grandparents of the world. So, we’re not going to try and beat something that’s already great. Incorporating the influence of hundreds of years of global trade and migration, Third Culture Kitchen represents the ongoing natural fusion of cuisine that occurs as society becomes more unified.

Time of visit was well after any weekday lunch crowd, and they weren’t busy (only 1 table occupied aside from a few people at the bar), so there’s no excuse for any issues with food or slow service.
The positive: curry bowl is excellent, and it has a slight kick, which I appreciated. The only ding on this item is that the Mahi had a somewhat fishy smell & taste, which indicates it’s not as fresh as one would expect, but it was cooked (grilled) well. The rice was cooked to perfection, and this entree was hot, as I’d expect.
The not so good & negative:
The amt of curry sauce between 2 portions was inconsistent. I had plenty (perfect amt), but my lunch partner’s bowl seemed a bit dry. He didn’t complain but I noticed the difference.
Bao bun: I’ve never had one before but wanted to try it. It was disappointing to receive a cold (not hot/steaming, not even lukewarm – it was literally cold) bun renowned for its steaming hotness. It was disappointing in that aspect. However, the beef bulgogi and other ingredients were flavorful, so it wasn’t a total fail (but they weren’t hot either). For $5 each, a cold bao bun, regardless of ingredients, is entirely unacceptable.
Imho, service was lacking considering they were not at all busy. Server never checked to see if we liked the food, etc,and was not overly friendly. I don’t ever need the red carpet treatment, and it’s nice to feel appreciated for *choosing* to patronize a particular establishment.
Lastly, perhaps I was misinformed, but I was told/read about the rotating menu around seasonal ingredients. To my disappointment, the server said our menu had been in place for ~1yr. That’s not seasonal. However, since it was my 1st visit I wouldn’t know otherwise.
Bottom line: would I eat here again? Yes. Would I expect any issues to be corrected by then? Yes. No cold food and faster service when the place is practically empty.
Photo of curry bowl after I took a bite or 2 bc I almost forgot. The last thing I think about when I’m about to eat is snapping a pic first…
Side note, the wine pour is a bit chincy…
I ordered the hibachi chicken and veggie spring rolls. The food was really good. The rice bowl was a generous portion. The chicken was tender and the vegetables were well seasoned. My only wish on this was that there were more vegetables. Truly, it was a load of rice and a good amount of chicken but the amount of veggies seemed a little on the sparse side. I think if I order that bowl again, I’d add a side of veggies.
The spring rolls were a delight. Great flavor and the chili dipping sauce is perfect. It has a little kick to it, but not overwhelming–it’s just right. I do wish the spring rolls had a little more crisp to them, but that is likely a personal preference of mine.
The people I interacted with were both friendly and efficient. Great work, all!
The parking lot is on the small side, but there is overflow spaces available at the church next door, if needed.
Overall, a good experience. I’ll definitely go back.
Our waitress (Alexis?) was very helpful and nice to us!
We had the Hamachi bowl (shredded chicken) and Latin bowl with mojo pork (sooooo good!!!) and I had a blood orange margarita.
It was absolutely perfect and delicious! Highly recommend! Will come back for sure.
✅ Flavorful tofu tacos and margarita for Taco Tuesday
✅ Pretty decent tofu baos
❌ The tofu rice bowl had almost no flavor—just mildly seasoned tofu over plain rice, with no sauce or veggies
❌ The tofu burrito smelled odd, tasted bland, and had no veggies to balance the tofu, rice, and beans
Service was quick, but the layout was strange. We couldn’t see our server most of the time and ended up having to get up to find her for additional orders and requests.
The global fusion food is absolutely incredible, and everything was consistently amazing each visit. Huge bonus, they’re very allergy friendly and made it easy to order safely. The service and atmosphere were just as great as the food. Jordan was a rock star. She was our waitress the first day and ended up making our food the next day! Honestly, everyone here was wonderful.
I only wish we had a place like this at home. I didn’t even take photos because I was too busy enjoying it. Can’t wait to come back!
The kids chicken tenders were excellent- flavorful and crunchy with high quality ingredients. The creamy coconut shrimp bowl was absolutely dynamite – just the right spiciness, not too much sauce, fresh ingredients, and full of flavor. My daughter ate every bit of her kids enchilada, rice and beans.
The only thing keeping this place from 5 stars is one of the dishes – the ahi tuna bowl was rather bland, had no sauce, and overall didn’t impress. Which is a shame because the ingredients were fresh and there was definite potential. I’m not sure why they didn’t just add some stellar soy sauce blend like what came with my daughter’s rice noodles. The watermelon radishes were a fun and crunchy addition, but I couldn’t get over the lack of flavor, especially compared to the other dishes we ordered.
Regardless, we all decided we would come back, if we ever have occasion to be in the area again.
