I’ve been coming here for years for their banh uot and banh cuon. So delicious and reasonably priced. It’s a take-out joint. They sell Vietnamese food trays for parties too but I’ve not ordered those before so I can’t speak on them.

Mi xao ga tom medium size tray priced $50 was terrible. The noodles tasted like rubber. The tray looked full but 97 percent were noodles. They fooled you by laid few shrimps and pieces of chicken on top. First time ordered there. Other foods are ok. That tray is a shame to our guests.

Very bad customer service. I will never ever come back again. Prepare to go there and leave the restaurant with your bare hands. I came there today around 4pm, 2 lines and 2 cashiers were taking orders from customers before me. When 1 finished, the cashier walked away and taking with other employees. The next cashier did the same thing and they all presumed that I was not there. I was patient to wait until to be called, 10 minutes passed and they all still taking when I was the only one there waiting. Yes, they ignored me so I had to leave out with bare hands. Wasting time to wait for buying nothing. Most of the employees are standing in front of food. Hope their spittle is not touching the food. Good luck for the safety of your food when buying here!

A takeout place – THH excels at meeting your Vietnamese takeout needs. I had the Banh Mi, which is a generous portion that doesn’t leave you wanting more.

With the soups, remember to let it stay for a few minutes so the meat can absorb flavors. Eaten immediately, the chicken udon was quite bland. Being a takeout place, this concept is actually brilliant.

I took one star off for the cleanliness. They have a couple of tables outside but these do not seem to be cleaned at all.

The banh cuon here is the best in this area , or anywhere else for that matter, short of Vietnam. Go to take out only store on Edinger St . $6 per lb of banh cuon. They will give you the bean sprouts and the essential dipping fish sauce.

Love this place. Coming from South County, there aren’t too many good Vietnamese restaurants. This place is known for its banh cuon in bulk or single order.

We stopped by during the Covid-19 lockdown, the place was relatively clean and orderly. The staff was friendly.

The food is what I expected. Again mostly around banh cuon (Vietnamese crepes). They have and without meat.

Highly recommend and definitely my go to place for banh cuon.

I gotta know and like their eggrolls but didn’t know they also make Bánh cuốn, so I got some while in the neighborhood.

Their Bánh cuốn is pretty good but not the best. The rice roll is thin, filled with good amount of ground pork per roll, right size for each roll, not greasy, easy to separate each roll. The rice skin itself is definitely made from freshly ground rice. The texture could be abit chewier, otherwise it could win me over.

I bought a pound with pork filled for $8. Came with a mixed fish sauce cup, a small bag of bean sprouts , and small bag of fried shallots. The fish sauce is ok but I really like crunchy shallot bits.

If you add more Vietnamese “steamed and or roasted Pork Bologna”, cucumber and mints, the pound is enough for 2 ppl.

Definitely will buy it from them when nearby.

I would have voted this 5 stars since I always come here to buy the bánh cuốn. With it, I get the bánh cống. Today, on March 15th, I went at around 3:30 PM to buy it for dinner. Little did I know that a portion of the insides were still raw while I was cutting the bánh cuốn open. The pictures say it all.

Upon stepping into the shop, you’re pleasantly hit with the fragrances of freshly baked bread, herbs & succulent meats. The ambiance is light, and the service is prompt & friendly. We ordered the grilled pork sandwich & a milk tea. The bread was fresh & Crusty on the outside & soft on the inside. Pork was delicately seasoned & the herbs were fresh! Thanks THH for providing exceptional food, a clean joint & the service speedy. Can’t wait to come back!
