Took my kids for brunch, and everyone really enjoyed their meal!! Everyone got something different, and everyone left full, and happy! Great service, prices were good, food was incredible! Plus, two staff members were wearing Seahawks jerseys, the cherry on top!!

Amazing brunch experience. Was recommended this place by a friend, since we are from out of town. Customer service was very welcoming, and the food was spectacular. Wish I could have bought some of the in house jam, cause it was so fresh and exciting with flavor. Love goes into the food here. Also thank you to our server Sarah, you 6 years of experience definitely made our experience dining in amazing. Get the Shirmp and Grits and full breakfast, it won’t disappoint. Will be back again!!

Friendly spot on Kendall Yards! I had the eggs Benedict which was decent. My friend said the chicken and waffles were awesome! Loved the diner vibe and the service was prompt and friendly!

The Toad n the Hole BLT is my favorite. You must try the tater tots. Crispy, flavorful. Just try to stop eating them. You can’t. My Americano coffee was smooth and made perfectly. I highly recommend. Just know it is a diner style setting and can be a bit loud when busy. Service is great.

The Yard Bruncheon is a fantastic spot for breakfast and lunch in Kendall Yards. From the moment you step inside, the warm and inviting atmosphere sets the tone for a delightful meal. I started with their toasted banana bread, which was the perfect blend of sweet and savory—a wonderful way to kick off the meal. The eggs Benedict were absolutely delicious, with perfectly poached eggs and a creamy hollandaise sauce that elevated the dish. Their hot chocolate was a standout as well, rich and indulgent, making it an ideal pairing for a chilly morning.
The service was impressively fast and attentive, ensuring everything arrived promptly and as expected. The restaurant truly feels like a gem in the neighborhood, offering a welcoming ambiance and exceptional food. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, The Yard Bruncheon is a must-visit destination. I’m thrilled to see this great addition to Kendall Yards and can’t wait to return!

Fast seating, different foods, great customer service! Love the vibe. It’s fast but not pushy. Had the Bloody Caesar a breakfast burrito. It was huge and came smothered in sauce and cheese. Great little invoicing place to have a quick and very very filling breakfast!

The menu had tempting descriptions so it was too hard to choose, I ordered TWO meals (dutch babies and pancakes) and took most of the second one home with us. My son said his food was great as well. There is definitely a 50s diner feel to the place, which we liked. The only less-than-complimentary comment I have is that it is always hard for us to find parking in Kendall Yards.

Walked in, greeted & Sat at a cute lil clean table for 2. Menus were easy to read & thickly laminated. Waiter Gavin took a little longer to get to us which they were kinda busy, but he was lovely. Knew the menu well. We placed our orders (wife was kinda upset they were out of shrimp of the shrimp and grits). Kitchen was prompt and fairly quick to get items out. We enjoyed our experience and will be back…

Staff wasn’t very friendly. Our server was SO quiet. I felt bad having to keep saying, “I’m sorry, what was that?” We were also brought dirty water cups with coffee grounds in the bottom of them. No big deal, they took them back and gave us new water.
The chai tea was pretty flavorless. Only “chai flavor” came from the cinnamon on top. Kinda disappointing. And the espresso martini (which was brought out in a wine glass, we got a kick out of that!) was the same. Pretty bland and was basically lukewarm.
The food was good though! The deviled eggs were nice. The syrup and bacon combined with the eggs were actually pretty good. We tried the Eggs Benedict. The eggs were great! Cooked perfectly. Potatoes were a little lackluster. We also got the Green Goddess Eggs Benedict and substituted the hollandaise sauce for the house gravy and it was really good!
The restaurant itself was kind of loud. Hard to have a decent conversation, but overall it was alright.
Maybe next time I’ll just order takeout.
