Small hometown dinner feel. Great service and friendly servers. All the food is great but their breakfast is amazing. Huge parking lot with easy entrances.

Tried this for lunch cause I was in the mood for breakfast. The place was clean and decor was nice and appropriate for the setting. It was a little loud but it was a busy time too. I ordered a 3 egg omelet, hash browns, and a biscuit with a side of bacon. The omelet was large and fluffy. So large in fact half of it and the hash went home with me. The biscuit was large as well and I’m usually irritated when only getting one as most places serve two but this was big enough I didn’t mind. Its supposed to be made on site and tasted like it. The only thing I didn’t like was that it fell apart on me with each bite. The hash browns weren’t crispy which isn’t necessarily a deal breaker for me like it is with bacon but still a let down. Whatever they use as a nonstick agent left a little bit of a twang to my food which I didn’t care for but it wasn’t bad enough I wouldnt eat it. Just a slight after taste. The bacon was good and crisp like I wanted and you got 3 pieces which is improved over places here lately dropping you with two little sad pieces. The one thing I really didn’t like and the thing that dropped it a full star was the hash and bacon were almost room temp. There was a noticeable difference between it and the omelet. The biscuit I expected to be like that because it’s not made to order but the rest should be or at least be warmed up on the grille prior to sending them out the door. The price for the meal was appropriate especially since I was gonna get a small second meal out of it. I’d try it again to see if consistency would give it another notch up.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Let me start off with upon arrival at 11:00 am there were 2 customers in the entire restaurant. Left at 12:45

I order 2 eggs with country ham and a side of bacon it took:
1) 10 minutes standing at the “Please wait to be seated”, sign. Only to be told seat yourself.
2) 20 minutes before the waitress whose name just happened to be “Memory” took my order. Memory never returned to the table to check drinks ( Hot Tea, no additional hot water) or anything.
3)45 minutes to get the order.
4) 20 minutes for a to go container (took the super greasy bacon placed in the container and left it on the table)

I didn’t mind the wait but the food was greasy! If your customer service is Horrible at least have good food!

The food and the service is awesome here! Have eaten here several times. All the food is good but the fried fish is awesome to the max! It is even served on a blue fish shaped plate! Check this place out or miss out!

The service is terrible. We waited just to get coffee at breakfast for 15 minutes. We ordered as soon as a waitress finally got to us because we didn’t know when we’d see her again, if ever. Did I mention it wasn’t even busy? Food never got to us. Not even my water. Not that many places to have breakfast in Duncan. Don’t go there!

The “Y Cafe” was a great little place located in the Valero fuel station. I had a hamburger and fries and ot was pretty good. The wait staff took good care of me and it wasn’t too busy at all.
My only complaint is a small one, and it was only because the burger was a little extra well done. Other than that, it was very good. Will return!
