I looked for somewhere to watch the first half of the Buffalo Bills game before having to head out to my son’s soccer game at UofL and glad we chose Stadium Inn! Wings were delicious and they had bleu cheese, which is a must for buffalo wings. Also ordered fried mushrooms and a house salad with grilled chicken and they both were really tasty too, especially with the homemade ranch. Chicken was really tender and greens were fresh. I would describe the vibe inside as a cozy, “Cheers where everyone knows your name” type atmosphere. A small horseshoe bar with a few small tables around the perimeter. There were at least 5 TVs with the games on so we pulled right up to the bar and were able to watch the Bills game. The staff were very friendly and attentive as were the other patrons. While we didn’t venture outside, they also have a really nice setup with chairs, tables, cornhole and music. Overall, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!

This is the absolute worst service I’ve encountered multiple times, I got food to go 2 burgers & they were already late & behind the lady at the counter gives me my food but doesn’t even take my debit card she starts passing out other orders & to where I couldn’t even pay for my food which was getting cold as can be so I ended up just leaving. This has happened before where they won’t even acknowledge me they just care about the people ordering beers. Small burgers average taste

I LOVE grill hot dogs (as opposed to those boiled ones from most hot dog vendors). Great bar grub, excellent service and a good selection of IPAs. This local hangout was once a rough and tumble bike bar, but has transformed into a nice, friendly local pub. Their outdoor seating is pooch friendly and the service was top notch!!

We recently had lunch here on the 4th and I have mixed feelings about the food. On one hand the classic burger was extremely good, a perfect classic burger. Also, the onion rings were possibly the best I’ve ever had. The breading was on point!

On the other hand, the fried chicken sandwich was pretty bad. Instead of being a full breast it was a composite patty, chewy with gristle, far from what I would expect for $11-12. My wife and daughter barely made it halfway through before giving up.

This review is a little late. On Tuesday after a doctor’s appointment I was hurngry for breakfast even though it was about 11:00 so I decided I would go try The World Famous Stadium Inn. They weren’t busy as for awhile I was the only one in there. I had the nicest waitress, Heather, and very attentive. In fact everyone in there was very nice from the lady manager to the owner, Darrell (sp), who showed up while I was there and thanked me personally for dining there. The manager recommend I try the French toast so I did. She said they were good and she was right. It was 3 slices and very flavorful. I do wish the syrup could be served warm but they came in little packs ($5.95). I also got the sausage to go with it ($2.00) and even though it’s not really something I normally eat with French toast, I decided to go ahead and order the home fries too with onions ($2.00) because I went there on purpose to give them a try. The sausage came as 2 nice size patties and had a good flavor to them. The home fries were nice with a good crunch without being too hard. I had asked for not too many onions but I think the cook is heavy handed with them just the same. At least I like onions. If you aren’t a fan of onions in your hone fries or hashbrowns just order them without. I drank orange juice ($2.00). I would definitely like to go back. I recommend you stop in and give them a try. And if you like to watch TV there’s plenty of them inside too. If you don’t see what you want I’m sure one of them will change the channel for you if they aren’t busy. My total was $13.36 before tip. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars was because even though I requested lite onions there were still a lot of them in the potatoes. And the fact they don’t offer warm syrup. And I wish they had bigger napkins too. I can’t seem to do 4 and a half stars. Just minor things really.

I appreciated a patty melt with great tasting beef and the jalapeno poppers that stood in for the jalapeno nuggets were tasty. Mike was a great server that seemed to genuinely enjoy his job, a welcomed gift on a Friday afternoon!
