Bri was amazing! She’s so sweet, happy and made sure we got the best service.

This was our first visit with friends . We ordered 4 couple beers , a 2 glasses of wine and a coke . The wine came out in two different size glasses We also ordered the pepperoni chips and mozzarella sticks which were both delicious. We order two different pizzas the works and the bacon ranch chicken pizza. The works pizza didn’t look like it had all the ingredients on it so I asked the waiter and he said oh yeah we are out of sausage. We also had to order more sauce cause there was barely any on it. On the bacon ranch chicken pizza we couldn’t taste the ranch so we order extra on the side but it was so dry to eat we don’t finish it , I will wait a little while while they work the bugs out and try again later .

Ordered pizzas were ok. This isn’t a bad spot but it’s not for me. I’d prefer Goodfellas, Bricks, Bourbon house, or Papa Dinos which are comparable in price but superior in flavor.

Lower price options with similar flavor is Costco pizza.

I don’t want to put it down because its not my thing. Some folks may absolutely love it, I’m just not one of them.

This is the second time we have been to this location. The first time they had a limited menu but both my husband and I enjoyed the pizza we ordered. Service wasn’t great……there simply was not enough servers. Fast forward to today, we decided it sounded good so we drove over. We got seated by a nice young woman and proceeded to look at the menus. We ordered one large Commish and 2 side salads and drinks. I expect my salad to come out before my meal……..it did not. And when it did it was served in a cup of soup bowl. Impossible to eat. Pizza came out at the same time. It was not hot at all. Seemed to have sat in the kitchen and wasn’t not as good as the last time we were there. There were only 2 servers working and they were busy. We got our check, paid our bill, grabbed our to go container and left. We were getting ready to cross the parking lot to our car when a young man wearing a shirt that said I work for car parts on the back that was the other server working came and said ” excuse me, did you pay your bill”. first of all you weren’t our server and that was a simple question you could have asked her but just because we left our check on the table because we paid on her tablet he assumed we hadn’t paid. This basically will now keep me from going back. Many ways to handle that situation and he chose the wrong one, Staffing and communication are important and obviously they need to work on that.

Not sure how a pizza restaurant run out of dough on a Sunday at noon. The pizza is great, but the service is very slow. The ownership seems clueless. I wonder if the owners have restaurant experience. There is a supermarket across the street so not sure how a restaurant could run out of ingredients to make pizza. Been there twice and have been underwhelmed. Hopefully they get this aligned soon if they have any hope of surviving.

We had been excited about this place opening but were let down.
Giving two stars because our host and waiter were so nice.
Arrived on a Friday evening before 7. We were seated quickly but took 20 minutes to receive a beer. After waiting over 30 minutes for food we just opted to leave. Too many great options around to settle for that lack of service (waitress didn’t check on us for over 20 minutes) and a place that is lit like a hospital operating room.
Will not be back.

Just went to The Works pizza. Where do I start. I am speaking directly to the owner. If you are not ready to open, don’t open. Only 2 servers, orders going to the wrong place, orders being wrong, volume so loud you can’t hear the person across from you. Pizza was okay. Crusts were not round and edges were burnt. My kid got a cheese pizza. How do you mess up a cheese pizza? Atmosphere feels like being in a warehouse with fluorescent lighting to match. You have to know your clientele. This is a place for families with kids. You MUST give the kids a place to play or keep busy or they just end up running around and making a ton of noise. We have never been to the other Works Pizza places and maybe they are more sit down dining worthy. One perk was the meatball appetizer. It was very good but needs to be served with some bread for all the extra sauce and the meatballs need to be bigger. Other than that, this MIGHT be a place we get take out in the future if the quality gets better.

Ordered takeout and arrived 5 minutes before it was supposed to be ready. Proceeded to wait for another 55min with nobody asking about/checking on my order status. After I asked if I could cancel, my pizza magically showed up and it was cold. Turns out it was ready the whole time on the table behind the bar.

Pizza wasn’t bad after I got home and microwaved it.

Maybe once they are open a bit longer the service will improve.

went to Union location. didnt have tea. didnt have potato pizza. i ordered a calzone, came out really really burnt, honestly if i was the server i would have been embarrassed to bring it out! i mean the whole thing was burnt. my friend got a cheese pizza, it was also burnt. it tasted like the chef boyarde pizza kits we got as kids. our server didnt know the menu, and i think she may even be the owner. she “thinks” the calzone comes with sauce? she also said she “thinks” it comes wirh fries. my friend asked if the potato pizza has cheese on it, she wasn’t sure & had to check then came back as said they dont have potato patties so no potato pizza. why open if youre not ready. even little ceasara has nothing to worry about with this place! service was slow, she didnt know the menu, atmosphere looked “unfunished” & the food was the worst! i give it a 3 thumbs down! wont be back. looks like a lot of the reviews share same complaints as us!
