Great burger spot in a tourist-heavy area!
I went in expecting fast-food quality, but was pleasantly surprised. My wife and I visited with our baby and they were able to accommodate us with a high chair.
We ordered the burger with onion rings and jalapeños — it was flavorful and cooked perfectly. The fries were delicious, and the chicken salad was also very good. Overall, we’d happily come back.
Remember to order the spicy sauce, it has a kick and it’s flavorful.

I went there on Sunday on my visit to Niagara and I haven’t had a burger this good in sooo long. The wagyu beef patty was super delicious and well made and the chips were lovely.
Our server was a very nice lady who went above and beyond to make sure we have a good experience. I loveeedd their house-made sauce and their hot sauce that she brought for us.

Burger was super tasty, and I chose the “ tragically poutine” as a side!!! DELICIOUS!!!
They have a great menu offer but you have the option to “ Pimp My Patty” were you can create your own custom Burguer creation if you prefer. Ambiance and decor, very cool :))) On top of everything else, the service was super friendly and very on point! Thank tou guys

Went here a couple weeks ago and had the Cali smash burger w/fries. The avocado on my burger was fresh and ripe. The beef patties also tasted fresh and not greasy like some burgers. Fries were hot and crispy. Overall fantastic service and food. Even my coke was super fizzy! Which I find a lot of restaurants the soda is flat. Waitress was attentive and friendly. This restaurant may be in a tourist area but don’t let that steer you away. If you’re local they will take the tourist tax off.

We enjoyed a wonderful supper on Monday evening. Our server, Meghan was exceptional. Her positive energy made our visit a pleasant one. We enjoyed our meal and time spent in such a relaxing atmosphere. Our last night in Niagara Falls we returned because we enjoyed our previous and we knew Meghan would be working. She is a definite asset to your business. If you could tell her there is an Alan Jackson song “Angel’s Among Us” she is an angel amongst all of us. Wish her well.

During my visit, I found their burgers to be of acceptable quality. I say acceptable because it was fairly good but there are better burgers out there at that price range. Maybe mine was an isolated odd experience because a bartender friend of mine strongly recommended this place.
That said, the staff was very friendly and I liked the fact that they weren’t playing loud music or anything. If I return to town in the near future, I’ll revisit to give this place one more try with a different burger.

We had a fantastic experience at The WORKS Craft Burgers in Niagara Falls. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, and the vibe was fun and casual — perfect for a burger spot.
The sides were just as good — especially the sweet potato fries and their signature dips. Portions were generous, and everything was hot and fresh.
Prices are reasonable for the quality and location, and it’s definitely a great spot to recharge if you’re visiting the Falls or Clifton Hill area. Highly recommend for any burger lover looking for something a little different!

We had this our first night in town. I was nervous to order online since their online menu wasn’t clear about what was gluten free and what wasn’t and none of the reviews on Find Me Gluten Free mentioned take out, so we ate in person.
Our server was great and answered our questions (whatever they didn’t know they confirmed with the kitchen).
Our entire table ordered gluten free burgers and we all got gluten free fries to share.
The burgers themselves are okay, they don’t ask how you want the meat cooked, so it all came out medium well. The gluten free buns were ok, idk where they got them from, thankfully they weren’t Udis, but they did fall apart (as expected).
Would come here again, only because it seems like a safe option.
I asked the server about ordering online in the future, and they said if you specify gluten free in the memo/notes section they will take it seriously and always err on the side of caution to make things gluten free.
Ambiance:
The music was a bit loud, so we asked the server politely if they could lower the music and they were able to lower the music in our section.
Parking:
There is a parking lot around back (it’s a public lot, but you do need to pay at a kiosk)

We visited on a Tuesday just after lunch. The place was not too busy. Location was clean.
We indicated that we had heard this place was able to accommodate Ciliacs and gluten free. Tammy, went and got the nutrition guide and took time to tell us how their process and systems worked in detail
The food came quickly and hours later there were no major gluten related issues.
