the chocolate shop is right opposite the winery, and I can’t find any good reason not to visit it. I really love chocolates. They always bring happiness, both physically and mentally.

I simply had to taste their chocolate while I was here. The dazzling variety of chocolates makes me feel like I’m visiting Willy Wonka’s chocolate factory.
Chocolate is truly a magical thing. It’s like a melody—beautiful on its own, but when combined with different ingredients and techniques, it becomes an enchanting piece of music, constantly presenting itself in new and fascinating ways.

This chocolate factory is amazing and there is free samples for white and milk chocolate. The samples are free and AMAZING. This place also has a giant cafeteria where you can order food and drinks. I ordered this 5$ chocolate thing near the ice cream section and it was delicious! This place is so good if you want to give gifts to people or have ice cream or have chocolate or have a break so yeah you should come here

This place definitely deserve 5 stars and yeah.

Visiting from Auckland NZ to see family was a great chance to visit the iconic Margaret river chocolate company outlet in the SWAN valley. Shop was fully air-conned to prevent products melting. The cafe was wonderful, great food and refreshing drinks served by cheerful and knowledgeable staff, very delicious !
I would wholeheartedly recommend a visit to this iconic attraction whilst in PERTH to all discerning travellers who appreciate a welcoming destination xxxxxxxx

Came here to get the chocolate hamper as a birthday present for my friend. From the first impression, the place looks nice and airy with lots of choices for different types of chocolates…but idk, if I compare it with my visit to Whistler’s chocolate company, also in the same area, I feel like I had a much better impression at Whistler’s. The vibe and atmosphere and decorations over there are just better. But having said that, the service by the lady at the chocolate counter was really good. She was friendly and helped me with a few questions.

My rating is affected by what happened next at their cafe. Not only the cafe looks underwhelming, but the service by one of the ladies was just poor. There were 2 ladies at the cafe. The one who served me was friendly, but later I realized I forgot to ask her if I could have a marshmallow with my mocha. She was out serving coffees, so I asked the other lady who was around. Without a smile, she said ‘It costs $2, nothing is free’ with that RBF look and looked away. I was like…wow, did you really have to say it like that?? I never said ‘give it to me for free’. I’m more than happy to pay even though… Seriously, two freaking dollars for one small marshmallow??!?! Mind you, my local cafe charges only 50c for TWO BIG MARSHALLOWS. Yes, TWO BIG MARSHALLOWS for 50 cents!!! I understand nothing is cheap in Perth and this is a tourist place, but still… that’s a rip off! And btw the coffee was not even good. Really bad terrible overpriced mocha!

Lastly, I went to Whistler’s the week after to get another present (cos I didn’t wanna go back to MR chocolate factory). And guess what??? The ladies at their cafe gave me two marshmallows FOR FREE without even me having to ask for it! YES FOR FREE!!! Just like their chocolates, their service was friendly, warm and welcoming! Absolute 5 stars! ⭐ (See my review for Whistler’s!). It’s just like comparing heaven to hell. Heaven to Whistler’s. Hell to MR choc factory.

Safe to say I won’t be going back to MR chocolate factory. Whistler’s is the place to go!

Delicious vegan options! The 70% dark chocolate is vegan and it is delicious as well as their vegan milk chocolate. They have free tastings of chocolate and offer the dark chocolate in that tasting. Be sure to check with staff before trying any tastings to confirm that it is dairy free and also read all labels of dark chocolates as some are vegan and some are not. It also appeared they may have dairy free ice cream or sorbet but I’m not 100% sure. Definitely recommend to vegans. It’s so important to support the vegan options at a business so they can continue making them:)

It’s a giant awesome chocolate store. You can sample a bunch of different chocolates here and buy dozens of different kinds of chocolates. They have a bowl of milk and white chocolate chips which people can just grab. This is a great place for buying gifts. There’s also a cafe area in the back. I got a small box of ruby chocolates as a gift and some chocolate quokkas.

We had a lovely visit to Margaret River Chocolate Company Swan Valley. The children were so excited to see all the different chocolates and loved watching the chocolate displays. The free chocolate tastings were a big highlight, and everything was absolutely delicious!

The atmosphere was welcoming and family-friendly, with plenty to see and explore. It was the perfect stop for a sweet treat and a fun experience for the whole family. We will definitely be visiting again!

The amount given was super generous! Love this place! Super good for chocolate lovers! Is a must visit! You can buy souvenirs for people who love chocolate!

Besides that, they have a shop that sells mustard, hot sauce and like other savoury things! The guy handling it was super friendly! Loved all the tasting we had! Super enjoyable
