Very good sandwiches, with delicious options for vegetarians. The protein bowls are delicious and a nice alternative to typical café menu. They source many of their ingredients from local/New England farms, so you can feel good about supporting local businesses. You do pay a premium for this quality, so not really a budget lunch spot. The coffee is very good and the staff has always been great.

Had a nice breakfast bagel sandwich. Not a lot of flavor, but decent enough. Good mocha Latte. Not the most pleasant staff, but not terrible either.

Chicken barbecue panini, best food I’ve put in my mouth. Perfect temp, great flavor. Smoothies great-danish perfect mix of crispy outside and soft middle. Mac and cheese could be better but nice sauce.

My partner and I ordered some food from this place through door dash and were very disappointed in the quality of the food. Not only was the bacon completely black and burnt, we found a full on dead moth in the quinoa bowl. We are grossed out and bummed, we get food here often and won’t be doing so anymore. The manager is refunding us but was rude and curt on the phone, although the boy who answered the phone was very kind.

i ordered an iced chai with light ice, they gave me a coffee. i went back in and asked if they could remake it. they did but filled it all the way up with ice and then didnt even fill the whole cup with chai. complete waste of my money considering i paid like 6 dollars for basically a 12oz drink.

Great place pricing is a bit high for bagel sandwiches but it’s all quality ingredients which hold a premium. Boutique style always an empty seat. Win for the town that it’s in. Though I do miss the whipped cream cheese days of the bagelry

Yummy food. We got Sunday brunch via delivery (ugh…a tad slow in the delivery department with cooled off food as a result). Nevertheless, I had the classic smoked salmon with cream cheese and capers on a toasted onion bagel. I’m salivating just thinking about the tasty goodness. Nobody else complained or said anything (which is rare for our crew) because we were too busy chowing down. It was the quickest Sunday brunch ever! I didn’t get a drink, so that’s going to be my next mission. If the drinks are just as good as the eats, then it’ll be a slam dunk for The Works. Besides the not so warm food (delivery), my only other minor quibble is the not so great ordering system and online menu…coordinate that better and allow customers to request things like a toasted or untoasted bagel.
