Well for mocking up the menu and what they serve as 5 star pricing that is all for a 2 star meal. The service was slow it took almost 30 minutes for a glass of water, another 45 minutes for our beverages, the food was not seasoned, and it was over done, like they used a microwave for everything. And that includes the Prime Rib. On a positive note I wont be returning to this establishment until they get an entire makeover. Cause they need some serious schooling. I asked the server if she would eat what we were served her answer was No. So what makes your think i would eat that stuff that was served. Thankfully it wasnt all covered in sauces and gravy to hide the atrocious high and overpriced meal. Maybe they should simply stay a local waterhole and cut the food out of their menu.

Hubby and I stopped by the Woodshed for breakfast and we are so glad we did! Hubby had the biscuits and gravy, which he really enjoyed. I had the breakfast tacos which were served with a side of smoky ranch- Delicious !!! The fried potatoes that accompanied the tacos were hot and tasty. Service was friendly and efficient. We have found a great place for a yummy weekend breakfast.

Had the blackened rib steak special, good cut and excellent job on the grill! Waitstaff was attentive and personable. Usually stop in half a dozen times a year.
The steak to my understanding was a new menu item. In my opinion it is definitely a winner. Good job Woodshed!

Hubby had the ribs and walleye and I had the shrimp Alfredo. Both were very good. The food service was slow, but the waiter was really good, friendly, and stopped by the table to update us on the food delivery. Overall a very good dining experience.

Food used to be great but under new owners they’re cutting quality and raising prices but they don’t tell you on menu and lower amount of food given. Bacon cheese burger used to have bacon falling off the burger now they cut one piece in half and charge you same amount. Pasta sauce is more of a milk than a sauce. Tastes like I’m drinking skim milk

My wife and I stopped here tonight. A really odd Monday for there to be so many people out, couldn’t find parking at the Otter supper club so we decided to try The Woodshed out and we are very glad we did. They were super busy too, but the bartender and waitstaff were all busting hump to serve everybody and they did a fantastic job. Our food was excellent and very reasonable. Had a great menu, lots of variety. We’ll definitely be back again.

I will rate because of the new waitress and hiw well she did, small town place with expectations. Food was very god and hot. The wait is what made it drag out, from sit down to tab out nearly 2.5 hrs… we will be back.
