Online order wasn’t even started by time I got there in 20 minutes. Said they didn’t see it “my bad”. Also had an order from Que Buenos next door. It was sitting there waiting on me when I walked over. Came back and waited another 20 for my wing hut order. Then they didn’t even have my completed order. Said he couldn’t refund me, but just threw some other stuff in another container to try and cover it. The fries were old, and the chicken was rushed. A little burnt on the outside, while being undercooked on the inside. They must already have plans to close up shop.

I ate at the one in Crossroads Mall. Hands down the best wings I’ve ever had. Took 10 minutes for my order but was worth the wait. I had the lemon pepper. Customer service was fabulous! I told everyone at work about this place.

I ordered the 10 whole wings w/ fries. The wings were seasoned and fried well. My only complaint was it took way too long to complete my order. I was initially told my order would take 20 minutes, then was told an additional 10 – 15 minutes, then was told I had to wait an additional 5 min because they only have 1 fryer to cook all the food.

Here is my take after a few visits: honestly the actual food isnt bad. Solid wings. The catfish is solid. The vibe is cool and awesome people. Having way too loud music makes it where they never hear my order, which is a bit of a frustration. I then proceeded to wait over an hour because ticket management was poor. Still a nre business and im sure once they hammer out the kinks it will be better, but still a negative experience.

My experience the last two times has been absolutely horrible. I went in there and there was only one employee doing everything and i had to wait 30-45 minutes when the place was practically empty. Then today when i went there, their was the same one employee and i called my order in and got there he hadn’t even dropped my chicken. I then waited about 15 minutes. When i ordered it i asked for bbq on the side and he put the bbq on top of my chicken. Was not satisfied with this at all and likely won’t be going back.

Wings too salty, breading falling off, not fried long enough. They were awful! No noticeable menu conveniently on display. Dining area in disarray. Only one additional patron for the 45 minutes (Saturday mid to late afternoon) I waited; my initial order was burned, & had to wait for a redo. Will not be returning.
