Absolutely the slowest service I have ever seen at a sonic. Clear lack of leadership and give a care. Sat so long to order that I truely wondered if they just closed. But they just didn’t care. Watching my order button flashing for more then 15 minutes before they answered. Ordered a meal with fries and a coke then they asked me to wait for a few more minutes before they came back to finish my order. I have never seen a fast food place where the ordering process for 2 people take somewhere in the ballpark of 20 minutes. The staff needs training or this place needs new management.

We ordered around 9:30 pm. we were waiting in the car. the order took so long. We ate in the car while parking in their parking lot where they brought the order to you. However! the fries was so cold and hard like 2 days old. We ordered 2 large fries, it was not even full and so hard. I was so excited for a hot fresh fries! But it was so disgusting like so cold and hard like stone! The burger was fine, but the chicken pop corn was cold and hard like stone as well. We ordered 2 ice cream with peanut butter cup, but it was not even full and it did not taste good. It was way far than it looks! The chocolate in it was so dry! I definitely will not go back and recommend either! Why would you give super cold and hard fries to your customer? and so little. We ordered large but the serving was so little! We did not even eat our order, we ended up throwing them away.

Dalton is great! He has a great attitude and always comments on the weather. He’s funny and welcoming. The food is pretty good, and is always hot. The pull up parking and ordering food is a positive perk. Of course the unsurmountable amount of drink choices goes without saying. Sonic is always a great choice for the fast food option.

Yes, they’re food is good. I almost always get the buffalo chicken, but now they’re literally scamming you. Half the time they use those footlong containers. THAT’S what a large is supposed to be. Nowatimes they’re starting to use these small square containers. I wouldn’t even consider that a medium. Like, why the heck am I paying full price of a large and not getting what a pay for?

I never get my order made correctly here. I always come for the supersonic breakfast burrito. There is always something left out. Today was another example of that, and to top it off, I had to eat my burrito with a fork. The burrito wrap was ripped and torn and fell apart when I picked it up.

Best sonic I’ve been to. I always receive great customer service when I pass through Cadiz. The carhops are so friendly and food always comes out fast.

Well they got me again! I say every time I go to Sonic in Cadiz Im never going back, the food is always cold 9 out of 10 times the order is wrong. But today I ordered a large onion ring with my meal instead of fries got my order and drove home. My mistake for not checking it there before I left because I know they get it wrong more often than not but I was in a hurry and just didn’t think to do it. Anyway got home and my “large” onion ring was in a large bag but had 7 rings about the size of a half dollar, the bag was maybe a third of the way filled. So basically I paid for large and didn’t even get a small and of coarse they were cold and soggy! I’ve been calling for the last hour and they won’t answer the phone. You may have gotten me today Sonic in Cadiz Ky but it WILL be your last time.
