Alyssa was very nice handling every order by herself. She was literally answering the phone, taking walk ins and doing a bunch of Togo stuff for delivery services it looked like.
She was polite and I placed my order. The wings were so fresh and the sauce was legit perfect.
The prices are high but everything is high including comparable wing places. My expertise was very good and I would order over the phone next time so I didn’t have to wait. My wife and I loved the wings and fries.
One suggestion I wish yall would add a roll for each plate and not charge for the sauces on the wings.

My first time at this Restaurant. The food was prepared fresh to order. When that box was opened by the staff and presented to me I was in love. They definitely do it right. Will definitely be a return customer. Just took a bite. Worth every penny. Support your local businesses!

I ordered a 10 PC bone in wing meal. They didnt have any drinks. No soda items. No tea items. I got my meal to go. I got boneless wings. The cashier was nice but waited 45 mins for order and they were not busy and still got it wrong. The cashier was friendly but on phone as I was waiting on order it sat in window for a good five to ten minutes before she even looked at it to see of it was my order or the other customer in the store.

Great location, pricey food for the quality. The food was okay. I loved the okra. The tenders were juicy with great flavor in the sauce. The fish sandwich was disappointing, pretty mid. More like a fish chip than a fish fillet. I’ve had french fries thicker than the fish fillet on my sandwich and it only came with one thin fillet. The bun and toppings to fish ratio was not acceptable. I’ll be back but not for the fish sandwich!

So I have no complaints about the food i ordered it was delicious and fresh. My issue is I ordered a 3pc fried green tomato and when I got there for my order the young man said they didn’t have any available and he refunded the card I used well that was a lie I was still charged for the items I did not receive and there is not a manager at this store and the so called operational managers number that was shared with me declined to answer the phone or return my call. So be cautious because they will get over on you and those 3pc tomatoes were $7,99.

Some of the best wings in the Memphis area. I love the variety of flavors and you don’t have to tell them to cook hard. Wings done perfectly. Little pricey but worth it. Stopped back here again this week and it has been several months. No decline on the quality of the food and the friendly great service. I’m actually upgrading my star rating to a 5 star.

Extremely poor experience due to lack of communication. I was told to prepay for a to-go order and that it would be ready in 30 minutes. After driving out of my way and waiting another 30 minutes in line, I was informed they were out of chicken and issued a refund. This situation could have easily been communicated in advance. Disappointing and unacceptable. Save your time and go elsewhere.

“Let me get a 10 piece, hot lemon pepper, Mane!” Anytime I come to Memphis from Houston, stopping his is a must. We always order the 10 piece, season on the fries, fried green tomatoes. I will travel 600 miles to eat these, the crispy, lightly dusted party wings. The customer service is impeccable, the rewards program is unmatched, and the place is always clean.

I debated writing a review, but here it goes. I have been to this location at least 5 times and each time is a different experience. First time wings tasted as if they were taken out of the freezer second time hot and delicious. I even waited for this location to get the kinks out, but they just haven’t! Superbowl Sunday ordered wings in advance and you must pay by the way up front, wings terrible! Spoke with the manager got a redo good. Last Saturday wings horrible no sauce no seasoning and for $50 I can’t anymore. Consistency is key. I would suggest DO NOT call ahead and order they tell you 25 minutes, but when you get there your order is cold. Go in and wait ! Good luck Wing Guru.

Used to love them but now the owners are just greedy and ridiculous I spent $25 on chicken tenders for them to tell me it no longer comes with ranch and that if I wanted ranch I would have to pay for it.
