Absolutely HORRIBLE service!!! I ordered boneless wings online. Was given a pick up time. Got there only to be told they had no boneless wings. No phone call, no email (which they had both). I asked for a refund and they said they couldn’t do that, only the manager could and he wasn’t there. They said manager would be in tomorrow and would refund my $65. I’ve called every single day for a week and get the same excuse. Finally had to go to my bank to get refunded for food I never received. Absolutely ridiculous! Do yourself a favor and go to Wing Stop across the street!!! Used to love Wing Guru, but will never be back!!!!

I am not typically a fan of wings but I loooove Wing Guru! It has become one of my favorite restaurants. We always order online and never have issues with timeliness. They usually show us our order to make sure everything is correct which I think is great. It’s a little pricey, but you get what you pay for! High quality and delicious.

First time eating here and we ordered take out. Restaurant was very clean and cashier was very nice. She showed me all of our food to make sure the order was good to go before I left. I had the fish sandwich and seasoned fries and my son had boneless bbq wings. Food was amazing!!! Everything was seasoned just right!! Will definitely be going back!

The chicken is “ok”. It’s about what you would expect to cook up grocery store quality with no seasoning at double the price.
The okra was over-cooked until it was black and inedible. The fries were “fine”.
The service was extremely poor. The girl at the counter kept her earbuds in, watching a show the entire time we were present. And made an exaggerated display any time she was interrupted. Their trash can was completely full, and as we were leaving she called me over to ask that I shove and cram all of our trash on top, back down into can so she it wouldn’t appear full.

Dropped in for soft opening because my wife’s been craving the burger since they shut Bartlett’s location down. It’s a nice small clean spot, everyone was super polite and helpful. I enjoyed all of it, hopefully they get rolling because I could see wait times causing issues with impatient people but I had burgers and wings so I was in no hurry.

The food was great—but the service left much to be desired. I ordered the 7-piece special advertised for $14.75 all over social media, but my total came out to over $17. When I looked at the receipt, I saw a $0.99 charge for the wing flavor. I was told that even basic seasoning costs extra, which doesn’t seem right for a “deal.” If that’s the case, the promo should clearly say “$15.74 special” instead. Just be upfront about the real price. Great wings, but misleading pricing.

Truly is the guru of wings! I got the party wings and was expecting them to be the tiny wings u get from American deli, but they were actually pretty big and meaty. Lemon pepper hot is amazing. I ordered when there was no line so service was pretty quick, considering how it seems like they cook fresh wings instead of refrying pre cooked batches. But I can see why it can get pretty backed up if they have a line — which can lead to unhappy customers. Only negative thing I can say about this place is that the staff weren’t in uniform or appropriate kitchen attire, and didn’t seem very professional. But it’s a wing joint so whatever. All in all good fresh wings and I’d try again for sure!
