Just recieved my order from uber eats. No sauce on any of my wings. No Cajun or Ranch seasonings on both fries i ordered. Fries were soggy & cold. Boneless wings were hard & cold. Which it souldnt be cause i got my food in less then a hour. Very dissapointed. My 1st & last time ordering from here

i ordered my food through Uber eats. It took 2 hours for my simple meal to be delivered despite being located not even 3 miles from the establishment. I called to ask what was taking so long and was told my food had already been picked up and was on the way. Just to realize that the store was either wrong or plain lying over the phone. At this point it had been an hour and change since my initial payment. When my food finally arrived (40 min later), it was cold. I’m never ordering from this place again.

Terrible experience trying to order from here. Arrived at pickup time provided via app and order wasn’t ready. That’s fine, but the complete lack of communication and indifference by the staff while waiting for an additional 30 minutes without a single word of communication about order status was not ok. This establishment is poorly run. It’s not worth wasting your time for an exceedingly mediocre experience.

Horrible service with “The Wing Experience”. Very rude and nonchalant . I waited for my order that was ordered on line and was to be curbside delivery. They never came out. This review is after a couple of visits with the same results. Will not return.

I’m convinced the workers here just don’t care about their job. Ordered through here twice via Door dash and twice I’ve gotten orders with the wrong sauce, wrong quantity, and soggy cold fries.
