Horrible service do not order. Chicken is always burnt and they don’t even buff it in the sauce that you order in. On doordash it’s Wing Experience, once it’s delivered I receive Burger Experience brand of the food I just ordered. Giant ranch cup with only a drop of ranch. No straws with my drink. This was the 2nd time. Never again, I do not recommend.

I ordered my food the first time and it was burnt, now I wanted to give them a second chance, I ordered several things at home, the girl who picked up my food said that my food would be ready for an hour, which was a lie, the They made them wait 1 hour and a half and the second time they entered, now they told them that there was no such order, they are messy, and unprofessional, they invented that to simply go home as soon as possible.

This my very 1st time trying a wing stop. The cashier was very rude. The store does not look clean inside. The kitchen staff has a poor attitude. Wing Stop needs to train staff on customer service, cleanliness and food quality.

My experience was the same as previous reviews. Missing ranch, the (recommended) sauce on the side for 16 wings didn’t even cover them. When you pay for a service fee and delivery fee on top your driver fee you should get what you order. This was a second chance order. Never again.

Quite possibly the worst wings I’ve ever had. I didn’t heed the other reviews because I thought “come on, how hard is it to make a decent wing?” These wings were worse than dominos wings… rubbery, undercooked, no crisp at all. The flavor / seasoning sucked too. Ordered “cajun” and there was zero spice… ruined my appetite.

This is NOT AN ACTUAL RESTAURANT.
This is a virtual restaurant, the term people are using is “ghost kitchen”. Basically another restaurant or brand operates out of the kitchen of a different restaurant. They can be partners or, in the case of The Wing Experience, just another brand from the established restaurant.
I don’t think that ghost kitchens are inherently good or bad but this one is just awful. Food is always wrong, never bring the sauces or flavors that you pay for and the customer service when you have an issue is abysmal. If you’re going to have an outrageously high delivery fee to start with at least get the food right.
I won’t be ordering from here again and honestly it really has lowered my opinion of Smokey Bones.

I waited for 3 hours for a delivery only for them to not have any more wings. And they won’t cancel the order. The female dog that answered the phone hung up on me and when I called back they just picked up the phone and dropped the call. Do not order here
