They are extremely rude they have it super short tempers it’s especially cami, she’s super rude to all the customers. They never have any chicken made. You always have to wait at least an hour plus. The lobby, soda machine has lots of mildew and mold, and their spiders all over in the lobby underneath the chair chairs their cook doesn’t use gloves I watched him make chicken with no gloves and stick his hands in the batter with no gloves on and they’re always eating

Well I can say it’s not what it used to be. Don’t get me wrong I love KFC. Definitely better to eat in since there is no longer one in Carbondale. For whatever reason when delivered it’s greasy skin which to me is the best part is almost non existent as most of it has fallen off by the time it gets to me. I also have never understood why you would put cold coleslaw in the same bag as the hot potatoes and gravy. I also think they are a tad bit expensive, but am guessing everyone is now. But overall I will remain a customer.

Chicken was warm, not hot, flavor wasn’t there like it used to be. Received pieces of chicken in our bucket that we had never seen before, can’t explain that. Definitely last time patronizing this KFC.

Great place to eat! Service was fast and helpful! Food was hot and tasty, I haven’t tried the buffet though. A smaller KFC than most but it’s very nice and well kept 🙂

We would eat here more often, but they are always out of white extra crispy chicken. Tonight they were out at 6:00 p.m. and didn’t close till 11:00 p.m. Why can’t they start fixing more when they see that they are getting low? I can understand if it is getting close to closing, but this was at dinner time. People are coming through and don’t want to wait half an hour for an order. The person taking the order was not listening to us either. When we first ordered she said they only had regular and extra crispy woukd be 29 minutes. We asked if we could get extra crispy in dark and regular in white. She then said it would take 20 minutes for the regular and extra crispy after she said they had white in regular. Said they would have to fix both. Was very confusing. The no extra crispy has happened the last 4 or 5 times we have eaten here. Hope something get fixed.

Natalie was on front count she brought my 5 piece tender combo out I got a fry and Mac and cheese as my sides. My tenders looked like the bald headed morning cook that rides a Bicycle had dropped them in the fryer for double the cook time. Natalie didn’t give me any silverware/Cuttery for my meal then when I went too the counter too request silverware, because I’m not like there staff who eats with there hands off of the food in there down time, Natalie tossed my silverware on the counter and quickly turned back too helping drive thru. I hope Michelle isn’t worried about labor for her bonus over the service at her store. I didn’t even want my money back because of all of this I learned my lesson for sure too just go too Raising canes in Marion cause boy do they know how too perform quality and assuring service at the herring kfc

Ordered online through the app; the food was timely, accurate, and yummy! I would have liked more gravy on the individual mashed potatoes and gravy, though. The chicken and cole slaw were great!
UPDATE: Ate there again, and they gave me extra portions for no reason. Now my favorite KFC Ever! 5 stars ❤️

Our recent visits here have been the best yet. Our KFC family meals were fresh and hot and by far the best family meals we have had. The atmosphere is always good and the customer service is always fast and friendly. We will be coming back.
