So, we went here for our 2nd girls day/night out. Which was two big things for me (1. My second time here & 2. My first time painting a wine glass) Yes!!! I will give her 100k starts if I could. The owner made herself known and gave me wonderful feedback meaning; all positive vibes. Have you notice the menu penmanship? OMG! It’s hers!!!! Isn’t it beautiful ). Allow me to explain how amazing she is; She catered to a friend who liked to join us, but doesn’t drink. Making her nonalcoholic drink look like ours. That’s top tier customer service for me. The atmosphere and the love that was shown is unmatched. I would return again and again. I’m not sure WHY she doesn’t have and keeps a line out the door with a waiting list. Yes! It was just that good. I say that and now I’m like girl how would you get in more then? A very pleasant experience. Thank you again for having us!

I have had such great experiences here. The servers are friendly and give great Recommendations for wines.
The small plates are delicious, I love the charcuterie board.
It’s a nice place to meet up with friends or a date night. Ample sitting space inside and a few tables outside as well
If you love wine or curious about wine , I would highly recommend you to stop by and experience something new..

This is a perfect addition to Downtown Tuscaloosa! The wine selections are great and the small plates are even greater! I got the charcuterie board and the baked Feta. Also the seating is eclectic and modern. You have the option to sit inside or out. I love it.

Always a good time here. Not a super wide wine selection, but it’s good enough to just enjoy a nice glass (or 2 or 3). I tried the red wine flight on our last visit. The cab was my favorite out of the four. I also highly recommend trying the roasted almonds. They’re so addicting!

So excited that The Wine Market is finally open! We went in this evening and enjoyed several different glasses of wine, a delicious slice of strawberry cake, and split a charcuterie board with various cheeses and meats. The staff was very kind, especially the manager (Kalynn) who came by to check on each table. She was extremely knowledgeable about their selection and gave great recommendations! I’ll definitely be back soon!

This place was initially visited on a whim. The weather happened to be very nice that day, so we ended up sitting at an outdoor table and drinking. The warm evening spring weather and wine were fantastic. I don’t know much about wine, so I can’t give a professional evaluation, but I definitely thought I should come back again. Since then, I’ve visited this place several more times, and all the friends I’ve brought here have been very satisfied. The side dishes we ordered with the wine were also satisfying in terms of price and taste.

I have been going to Wine Market for the past couple of years and consider myself a huge fan of this cute little place. I am constantly recommending visitors to go and enjoy the great experience Wine Market has to offer. The past two visits I have had at Wine Market have been atrocious and have officially turned me away from this establishment. Despite the high quality wine and charcuterie boards, the service makes me want to leave as soon as I arrive. I have had the same waitress twice and she confuses simple orders then pawns her mistakes off on the customers. I am then forced to pay more due to her lack of understanding. On top of that, we barely even receive attending to as we can visibly see the waitress sitting on her phone behind the bar. The most recent time I came wanting to celebrate a birthday and upcoming graduation. The waitress only came three times in a span of close to two hours. She never came to refill waters, forgot a glass of wine, and extra food we had ordered. This was also on a relatively low attendance night at Wine Market. When it came time for the check, I wanted to leave as quickly as possible. We were prepared to spend double or even triple what our final bill was, but weren’t even given the chance to order more with how infrequently she checked in. Additionally, whenever one of us went to the restroom, we could see our waitress sitting down at the bar on her phone. All of this combined made us very unsatisfied and has us thinking twice about coming back to what used to be our favorite place. Very disappointed in how such an enjoyable place has accepted such low quality service.

The wine market has always been great. However, there is a recent server who is shockingly awful at her job. This is not my first experience with her, so at this point, it can not be blamed on having an “off day”. This waitress up charges customers on the regular, forgets orders, checks on customers every 45ish minutes, and sits on her phone instead of doing what she is paid to do. I truly think the owner(s) needs to reevaluate their staff because these experiences make me (and many others i have talked to) not want to attend this establishment.

Amazing atmosphere! Amazing people, amazing food and drinks, amazing devour, and amazing service. We took a rather large party in and we had no problem finding a place for all of us to sit. Server was very friendly with helpful drink recommendations and service was just as good as if I would have went in with one other person. You absolutely MUST try the chocolate pie!
