We had our best dinner experience in 2023 here! The salad was great! The oysters were delicious, I especially liked the cajun. I don’t normally like anything on my steak but with the bleu cheese it was perfect! That slice of cake though! Service was impeccable and there’s something to be said about an owner that cares enough to be on the floor doing whatever it takes! It’s a drive, but we’ll do it again for sure!

Incredible. If I could rate it more than 5 stars, I would.

Rodney and his staff take the best care of you. I am a vegetarian and they made sure to give me a lot of options and even made substitutions for me! It was my husbands birthday, so we visited.

Every dish was exceptional from the appetizer to the drinks to the mains to the sides. Usually at restaurants, Alfredo sauce is dry and not much of it, but here, they were generous and it was so creamy and delicious!

The interior is elegant and classy as well.
Perfect for any special event or regular dining as well. It’s unique.

All of the staff greet you with a smile and make you feel at home. They take care of you well.

Even the cake, the slice was generous and the flavour is so rich!

I cannot recommend it enough!

Safe to say that we’ll be back again!

Thanks again, The Willow Tree!

First time there. Drove 1 hour 45 mins I was alone & there was a couple seated at other table same time as I was . We were only three people there. The waitress gave me tea & bread, took other tables order first. Never came back until 25 mins later to take my order. My shrimp , baked potato wasn’t anything special. Didn’t like the salad. Very disappointed. It was decorated nice. .

Very disappointed in the quality of the fare. Oysters were approximately $3 each and only had meat the size of a dime. Also, the Rockefeller oysters were barely warmed on top, and the mixture was still cold when served. In my opinion, they should not have been served. Several advertised drink options we not available. Saw 4 tables have isses with food while we dined.

This gets the rare 5 star.
This place is in an old house that has been revamped into a restaurant. You enter in the side through a nice little garden area. They have thoughtfully included a ramp, which made it easier for my wife.
The menu is not terribly large, but that is good. They have a good selection of appetizers, salads and main dishes without going overboard.
I ordered the shrimp and grits, my wife got the Pecan Chicken special. For appetizers, we ordered the Charcuterie board.
The charcuterie board was loaded with sliced pepperoni, hard sausage, various soft and hard cheeses, nuts, crackers, cranberry raisins, pickled okra and sweet pickles. It was great.
I make shrimp and grits at home, and they are good, so I wanted to compare theirs to mine. The style they use is a more classic style, and they were very good. My wife really enjoyed her Pecan Chicken, and kept commenting on it as she ate it.
We finished the meal with a humongous piece of Salted Caramel Chocolate Cake, which was excellent.
They had a two person guitar group the played soft music right by us, so that was nice.
The service was perfect
The food was perfect. All in all, this was about as good as it gets.

If there is a restaurant in North West Tennessee I’d choose over the rest it’s this one. The food is fantastic. The atmosphere is great and even better when they have an acoustic set on some weekends. The cake for desert is to die for. Bring your own wine and pay a small cork fee. The staff is always great and the owners will usually come around check on you at least once during your meal. The menu may be on the pricier side but it is absolutely worth every penny.

Have dined at the physical restaurant.
Absolutely wonderful. A perfect experience from parking the car to walking out when we were finished. I can’t say enough good things.
HOWEVER…
We attended an affair that they catered. I was stunned at how below average the catered food was. In fact, out was bad enough that we simply tasted the food on our plate and pushed it away.
Don’t get me wrong. It was edible. Just completely lacked the flavor and texture found in their restaurant. The locals sure gobbled it up though. SMH.
My guess is free = awesome.
Sorry. No photos to share.
