This restaurant was a pleasant surprise! We were having trouble picking a restaurant in the area, and we settled on this one. I’m so glad we did! We had the smoked fish dip for our appetizer, the fish and chips basket, and the boneless wings basket. Everything was fresh and had amazing flavor! The fish and chips had a great light breading and weren’t too greasy. The same went for the wings, and the sauce was very good! Everything was fresh and tasted great! I also had the piña colada daiquiri, which was very good as well! Our waiter was attentive and even let us wait for a shaded spot on the patio. They were very friendly and gave great suggestions. The prices were good as well. It will definitely be on my list of places to come back to when I visit the area!

They definitely know how to do seafood! Everything we ordered was great. Started with Crab Cake, peel and eat shrimp, and sear Tuna which was generously coated in sesame seeds.
My wife had blackened grouper plate and I had blackened grouper bawl over rice and bean. I would prefer pigeon peas over red bean but that’s just my preference.
I wish I could remember my server names. She was on top of it.

Wanted a good grouper sandwich and we found it! Blackened grouper sandwich was my pick and fried grouper sandwich was my dad’s pick! I was very pleased they allowed dogs, most places on St pete beach and pass a grill dont so we were thrilled we could sit by the water with our dog. The only reason for 4 stars is because the parking is very limited and on the website it states happy hour is 330 to 6, but that is at the bar only. Since you can only get discounted drinks at hh at the bar I think you should put that on your website.

This is a nice spot on the water overlooking Vina del Mar. Plenty of waterside seating, it’s busy on a weekend. The food comes fast and is generally pretty good. I have to say, one of the better values in Pas-a-Grille we found, cost vs quality.
We tried the taco special one night (thankfully not just your tiny street taco, they were nice and filling), the hamburger another night, which was large, juicy and cooked to order, plus coconut shrimp, calamari and one of the bowls. Overall kinda elevated pub-foodish but good.
Cocktails were hit or miss, a mule was not muleish at all, looked like a margarita. Margatita was OK, beers typical beach beers.
The restaurant itself has a more worn-in feel, a good dockside vibe but not superclean or refreshed in any way. They did have a gluten free area of the menu which is nice.

Classic Floridian food with a cute dockside patio. If you’re looking for avant-garde cuisine, this is not the place, but it delivers on Florida classics! We had the Buffalo Shrimp and the Blackened Grouper Dinner, both of which were delicious. The portions are generous, the service is kind and efficient, and the location is lovely. Great place to bird and people watch while enjoying the weather!

Looking for a genuine place for some good sea food, this is your place highly highly recommend patio seating it’s worth the wait. Alot of locals pulling up to the restaurant on their boats which they can dock right outside the restaurant and the sea life gives you tons to look at while dinning on some of the best food we found in Tampa. Definitely going back and recommending to all as a must stop location.

My wife and I are St Pete locals and came to The Wharf for a waterfront dinner. We didn’t come here thinking it was a 5 star restaurant but rather just a local seafood place. We were sat fairly quick, which was nice. We sat for probably 10 minutes before the waitress came and took drink orders. When she came back we placed our order. We got an appetizer, a salad, and an entree. It all came out at once. Looked kind of silly with all of the plates just sitting on the table. The waitress never came once to refill our drinks or to ask how anything was. Food was flavorless, and clearly frozen. Broccoli from a bag, nothing seemed fresh or even made in the kitchen. For $100 meal, i would just expect something to taste fresh.

This was not my best experience! I do not have much to say about this. The atmosphere ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! I was disappointed in the other areas of food and service. I did not take any food pics as it was not worth commenting on! I would go back as these two not so great experiences could just be “someone having a bad day! “ the waiter created an unnecessary embarrassing moment making me feel very uncomfortable! I know the wharf is a well known establishment with great reviews. Not so much on
