The food was great as usual. The cashier on the food side was professional. The employees on the ice cream side were horrendous and created to a terrible experience. They talked about being bored. They laughed at customers and cracked jokes the entire time. I felt like I was being served by toddlers. Thanks to these employees I will never return to this particular location.

This braums wasn’t bad , but needs some work. What was great is the food came out very hot and fresh. However, this location was a disaster. It was way over crowded. Some employees were nice but others were stressed and yelling at each other. It was a very small location so everyone in the dining room can hear the yelling in the kitchen.

I’ve been going here since I was little. The parking lot’s a little janky, but the people inside are always nice and quick. The ice cream and shakes are obviously the best part, but the burgers are delicious too, especially for half the price of other fast food. I’ve never had a bad experience here.

An older location but easy to get to which is a plus. A good burger and great ice cream! If your in Lewisville and want to get an ice cream cone or a burger you can try this location. It’s sometimes a bit dirty for me, but it was good this time and the service was great also. They have really good meats, milk, and a few other groceries here too.

Not greeted, even knowing employee saw me walking in.
Location not busy, but I decided to walk out, as I felt ignored waiting by the front icecream counter.

Who doesn’t like a burger/ice cream/grocery spot? Their burgers are really good. I opt out of Braums Sauce on the burger and get mustard because I’m not a criminal. The ice cream is great and made by Braums. The grocery section is really helpful in a pinch. They are an Oklahoma based company and they have their own farms, so chances are if you’re eating it, it’s farm-fresh.

First time going to this location and it will be my last Jaime did not have good customer service. Yolanda the assistant manager seems as if she does not like her job. I blame management for Jaime being so rude and poor customer service. Don’t forget to check your order.
