The meals here are delicious!! We got the Sand Bar Trash (I think that’s the name) for an appetizer, and I could have ordered another one for a meal it was so yummy.

We all had scrumptious meals, a seafood Cobb salad, coconut shrimp is THE BOMB, my daughter got Gumbo and said it was the best she’s had EVER. The kids chicken strips even looked good!

Went to The Sandbar. Walk up and find a seat anywhere. The view is great! Atmosphere is wonderful and they have live music. Cory provided excellent service. We had the fried fish tacos and coconut shrimp. Both fried to perfection. No fear of overcooked shrimp like I’ve had at some places. The shrimp were huge and so were the pieces of fish! A+ food, will definitely be back!

I really wanted to give this place 5 stars!
The atmosphere is great! The employees seemed to be working hard but happy!
Fried pickles were great to start with.
Beer was cold and they kept them coming!
I ordered fish tacos and they were good only because of the toppings on then! They looked great and had some kind of sauce that was awesome. I’m not sure what kind of fish it was but it was ok.
Here’s the problem, the crab legs.
Market price was $48, for “half a pound”
These were NOT half a pound, and they had zero seasoning on them, and they were horrible! You could barely break them, and when you did get some meat out it wasnt great. The biggest disappointment for crab as we sat right on the water. Take this off your menu or do a major revision!

West and Marina Restaurant offers a stunning view of the sea, which was the highlight of my visit. The ambiance is serene, making it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the scenery.

The food was good, with fresh and flavorful dishes that complemented the seaside atmosphere. While the meal itself was enjoyable, the service was just average—not particularly attentive, but not bad either.

Overall, it’s a great place to visit if you’re looking for good food and a breathtaking view, though the service could use some improvement. I’d still recommend it for the experience.

West End Marina and Restaurant made me want to buy a beach house here! Views of the bay, live music, staff that was warm, welcoming, very efficient, and ridiculously good food and drinks. It really does provide the heartbeat to the community. There were so many choices on the menu we couldn’t decide and ordered enough food for twice as many people as we had with us. We can’t wait to go back for another amazing experience there.

Such a neat and fun place! Had the Woodys Dagwood sandwich and it was delicious. The Cesar salad was also very tasty and came with plenty of dressing and cheese and croutons. The bayside mermaid drink is my personal favorite! And last but certainly not least, do NOT sleep on the boudin and brie egg rolls! It’s one of the top 3 things I’ve ever had to eat. They are absolutely PHENOMENAL.

Came for brunch on a Sunday morning, and was very impressed! Dog friendly (they even had a dog menu!). They accommodated a large group with no wait! My favorite of the menu was the beignets, they’re better than anything! Came out warm, pillowy soft, and lightly dusted with powdered sugar. The only thing I didn’t love was the syrup for my waffle, it was those little packets that just don’t taste quite right. Other than that perfect!

Super nice little marina restaurant, bar and store. Fun beachy vibe without the sand. 3 different seating areas to choose from. Mainly outdoors, some sunny but mainly shaded!covered seating. There was also an indoor air conditioned spot. We shared the Cajun nacho’s and could of fed a 3rd person. Servers were friendly and helpful. Not sure if they ever have live music but good tunes were playing on the sound system. Definitely would go back.
