Service inside is terrible. It seems everyone has one specific role and wont do anything even if they have nothing to do. One person bags the food and just leaves it on counter until someone finds the time to go hand them out while they just stack up on the shelf. They make the bags but never the drinks.
Literally saw one lady go to pick up a meal and they looked at the bag and said “one second just waiting on the drink” and just walked away, didnt go get her the drink just went on to do something else. 3 more employees over 15 minutes came up and said the same thing “just waiting on drink” but not a single one went and got the drink. After 15 minutes someone brought it over. Completely incompetent.
Last time i went to pick up order was ready for about 5 minutes even tho i was the only person in the store waiting on food and even tho i already gave two employees the name it still just sat there while they chat. Then one goes to make the drink, stops halfway through pouring it and starts sweeping the floor instead leaving another employee minutes later to finish filling it and bring it to me. A total of 20 minutes for 4 chicken minis and a drink. Just embarassing. The lack of awareness is insane.
Another time i watched them bag my food, set it on the counter then ignore it. After 5 minutes i said “i think thats my bag” he walks up to it “no yours isnt ready yet” even tho the app says it is and i clearly watched them bag it. 5 more minutes i ask if he can just hand it to me because clearly that was it, nobody else was there. Once again “yours isnt ready” 5 more minutes go by and i just say “come on man just hand me the damn food whats going on” he finally walks up to actually read the label this time and goes “oh here it is its ready now” like no dude its been ready this whole time you just simply couldnt do your job.
They all have the mindset of someone else will do it. 95% of the time you say the name for the order and they just give an automated “it’ll be right out” even tho there’s a shelf full of bags waiting to be handed out and they just ignore it and assume its not ready. Management here needs major improvement its just bad. Last year at this same location had way better service.

School was on early dismissal and we were transitioning from a morning workout at MP senior center and bc of weather, school situation & traffic being at a virtual standstill towards our home we decided to go eat lunch a this location & try to wait out the stalemate but was not surprised when the kids & parents were thinking the same thing, even though the drive thru was at full capacity & more we ventured inside and one of Us ordered the other waited for a table & let the chips fall were they may bc we know how efficient these people can be and we were 110% correct bc things started to free up after receiving our order as a take out order a table freed up and we took our time eating and then doubled back towards the senior center and continued on our way home basically unscathed from all the people doing the same as Us which generally isn’t the case when we are traveling home around lunch time. Thanks staff for continuing your efforts to serve the greater good.

This location is by far better than Ironclad. Was helped today by Caison, what an attentive and wonderful person. Such a pleasure to deal with. Food is always warm and fresh, unlike the bad experiences I had at others CFA.

I am highly disappointed with this location. Chick-fil-A is one of my absolute favorite restaurants. On September 13, I placed a mobile order picked it up via the drive-through. My coffee was watery did not have the cream or the sugar that I asked for my biscuit was hard.. I called back to the store spoke to the manager and I can’t recall his name could’ve been Corey or Josh. I’m not sure gave him my name my transaction number and he assured me that he would credit my account. However, today is September 26 and my account still has not been credited.. It seems that certain locations do whatever they please, even when the customer is not satisfied. I waited over two weeks to write this review because I wanted to see if it was going to take time for them to credit my account for the mistake they made. And yes, they were very busy that day. However, my order was not correct and I was not pleased and I called to let them know and they said they would rectify the situation and they still have not. I won’t say that I’m not going to eat at Chick-fil-A again, but I will never visit this location again
