Literally saw one lady go to pick up a meal and they looked at the bag and said “one second just waiting on the drink” and just walked away, didnt go get her the drink just went on to do something else. 3 more employees over 15 minutes came up and said the same thing “just waiting on drink” but not a single one went and got the drink. After 15 minutes someone brought it over. Completely incompetent.
Last time i went to pick up order was ready for about 5 minutes even tho i was the only person in the store waiting on food and even tho i already gave two employees the name it still just sat there while they chat. Then one goes to make the drink, stops halfway through pouring it and starts sweeping the floor instead leaving another employee minutes later to finish filling it and bring it to me. A total of 20 minutes for 4 chicken minis and a drink. Just embarassing. The lack of awareness is insane.
Another time i watched them bag my food, set it on the counter then ignore it. After 5 minutes i said “i think thats my bag” he walks up to it “no yours isnt ready yet” even tho the app says it is and i clearly watched them bag it. 5 more minutes i ask if he can just hand it to me because clearly that was it, nobody else was there. Once again “yours isnt ready” 5 more minutes go by and i just say “come on man just hand me the damn food whats going on” he finally walks up to actually read the label this time and goes “oh here it is its ready now” like no dude its been ready this whole time you just simply couldnt do your job.
They all have the mindset of someone else will do it. 95% of the time you say the name for the order and they just give an automated “it’ll be right out” even tho there’s a shelf full of bags waiting to be handed out and they just ignore it and assume its not ready. Management here needs major improvement its just bad. Last year at this same location had way better service.
