My family seems to love the place to get together. Always room for everyone. Hamburger’s are good. Must be patient and have plenty of time to spare because it takes a while for service and the food to be prepared.

I go to this restaurant quite often, they have amazing food and great service. The servers are always extremely nice and it seems like they thoroughly enjoy their job. I can’t think of any negatives about this restaurant and I would highly recommend it. I usually get the ¼ pound special for $12 which comes with a burger, fries, and a drink. Over all, I highly recommend.

This used to be called The Bowl Weevil which was a good local burger and beer chain here in San Diego. Sadly, the corporation went bankrupt but luckily this franchisee just slightly changed the name and stayed in business. They have a great half pound burger and beer deal for $12 and that includes every topping you want.

Burgers with a side of southern hospitality. This restaurant has a super cozy feel with a huge open floor. Our waitress was awesome great recommendations and just a sweet heart. The restaurant was super clean with the cliche booths and a tiny arcade.

Friday is 1/2 off on appetizers so that was cool but, it was salty so 4 stars and not 5. I honestly would also prefer onion rings over the chicken pieces for a bigger variety. Oh yeah, I’m talking about the sampler platter. The garlic bread was BOOOOOOOOOMB and I think they make they’re own croutons which were equally as scrumptious. Soup was bland. Burgers were good, nothing superb but way better than any fast food joint. They also bring a tray of condiments to your table which I loved. A tub of pickles, another of onions, one of relish and lastly one of peppers. Service was excellent!

A few years ago I passed by this restaurant & got excited to take my kids. Once I looked it up online I realized that it was not a Boll Weevil. I decided to not even take the chance of being disappointed. Well, today we finally went in & WERE NOT disappointed. The 1/2 lb Steer burger was amazing! It tasted comparable to Fuddruckers/Boll Weevil. The restaurant is clean with a nice atmosphere. I overheard another customer that was having a Chicken Philly Sandwich raving about that too. Excited to try that next time. Cherry on top was we went on a Wednesday which is a day that kids under 10 eat for free. Great experience eating here.

I drove 270 miles (round trip) to have a cheeseburger, fries and a root beer. Since I live out of EL Cajon I visit when I return to the area. This was one of my favorite places for a cheeseburger, fries and a beer. Also to watch a ball or football game. Hope to see you soon.
