We really enjoyed this classic, hometown inn and tavern! We picked it just because we were never there, and it was on the way home from a trip in the Poconos. Very pleasantly surprised! The beer was cold, good selection, and the food was spot on. They specialize in sandwiches, and I had to say we enjoyed our burgers thoroughly! Great tunes too! We will certainly be back to check out some other items. Loved the vintage shuffleboard table too! They look like they have a nice patio setup too so we will be back when the weather is nice.

Amazing food & best spicy (or non spicy) pickles in town!
I can’t believe I’ve been in the area for three years and only just now stepped into Vintage Tavern. I’ve been missing out!
The food was absolutely incredible.
The service and atmosphere were top-notch:
Chef Tory is doing big things in that kitchen; the flavors were spot on.
Michelle was fantastic. Super attentive, friendly, and kept the vibes high.
A huge shoutout to Chris, who works there and convinced me to come in.
Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. If you’re looking for a great spot with a warm environment and killer food, don’t wait three years like I did.

I stopped into Vintage Tavern to pick up brunch and had a really good experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming, they spoke right away and made me feel comfortable. I’ll be honest, at first I was a little nervous because I didn’t see anyone who looked like me, but that feeling disappeared quickly. Everyone was kind, including the other guests.
They allowed me to take my time looking over the brunch menu, as well as the drink and regular menus, which I appreciated. I ordered two orders of hash browns, beer-battered catfish with French fries, French toast (they forgot the berries, but it wasn’t a big deal), Cajun cauliflower bites, an arugula salad, and their Philly cheesesteak made by their chef who’s from Philly.
Even though the berries were missing, they threw in pancakes, so I wasn’t upset at all. Everything was hot, highly flavorful, and outrageously delicious especially for takeout. The catfish was perfectly battered, the Cajun cauliflower was a pleasant surprise, and the cheesesteak was legit!
Overall, great food, friendly staff, and a welcoming vibe. I’d definitely order from them anytime we are in the poconos!

This place doesn’t miss man. I’m not from PA but ffs there is just something magical about the Tavern. The Chef is making miracles in the back and the service up front is killer. They aren’t open late but the vibe is Cheers. There isn’t a single thing on their menu I wouldn’t recommend all of it and I mean all of it was good. If I had to pick one, the cheesesteak. I’m just letting you know that 2025 award isn’t playing around.

If i could give infinite stars i would!! Our waitress Michelle was absolutely so friendly and kind, making sure we had everything we needed. The food was unlike anything i’ve ever tasted! The truffle fries had a beautiful distinct taste and were seasoned and fried to perfection! The onion rings were so tasty and crisp. The vodka meatball parm was insanely out of this world !!! The sauce and peppers worked so well together. This place made my bestfriends birthday to the poconos so much better! Definitely will be coming back for the outstanding food and service!

Stopped in for lunch while we were in town and so glad we did. We ordered a bunch and it was all delicious! Sriracha honey boneless wings were the table favorite. Karly was our server and she was running the whole place like a boss! We will be back next time we are in town.

We stopped by on Christmas eve, and not only was the service great, but the food was awesome. Our bartender made great food recommendations and she didn’t steer us wrong. We slammed the boneless vintage buffalo wings – they were amazing. We also got the french onion soup which was tasty, and the chicken cheesesteak with everything on it was unreal. We loved the sauce, and the fresh chicken. We definitely plan on swinging by again before we leave to try the famous meatballs!

Hubby and I came here and we had the entire dining room to ourselves. There’s a reason their sauce is called Witchkraft. I had the classic chicken sandwich and he had wings. The fries are massive so we split a tray. No notes.

I came here twice during my stay in Tobyhanna because I HAD to have another burger and another wiked pickletini. The blend on that patty is SUPERB. I also bought some pickles to bring home because they are so delicious. The second visit was during a local event and you could tell the staff was swamped. It didn’t even matter to me that the service was slower that day because I would have waited hours for that burger. The owner was kind and helpful and eager for feedback. You are doing a great job guys! I can’t wait for my next visit. I won’t forget the burger and I make the 2 hour drive for it again in the near future.
