On May 6 2023 I went thru drive thru and ordered a 12 piece bucket meal plus 6 chicken strips and the Mac & cheese chicken nugget meal. Got home and was missing: 2 gravies/ 6 biscuits and the fries that went in Mac& cheese meal. Called store and talked to BILLIE who’s manager. He’s very rude. I work in customer services and would be fired if I talked to a customer that way. I went to the store a few days later and just wanted a refund for missing items. He told me that they didn’t give refunds only replacements which at this point I don’t Have a use for now. He was very very rude and told me I could call corporate but wouldn’t give me the number. I did call corporate and complain and was sent a $20.00 voucher which was more than the refund would have been. Very poor quality of food and service at this location

Got to store at 9:50 I understand they close at 10. Open sign was still on noticed employees standing around. Pulled up to speaker and was told KFC IS CLOSED. I fully understand the timing but least turn OFF the open sign and other appropriate lights so people know.

Very Rude when we came in the lady at the counter did not even say hi nothing and then we told her we had a big order (4 meals and 1 coslaw) the lady gave us a dirty look. Did not give us our food correctly the packets of hot sauce were all stuck together and busted open and they did nothing about that. Had to wait extra to get them to come back up to the counter to fix our order. Horrible service

Staff is very rude, I had an issue between what I ordered and what I received. I originally spoke to young man who I seen talk to a female who then abruptly came to the drive thru window and starts telling me that’s not what I ordered because she was the one who took my order, as soon as I tried telling her that I ordered what the sign says…..she rudely interrupts saying….”if you’d be quiet, I’m talking:….when I asked for her name, she tells me RDM I can only assume it stands for Regional District Manager, sad if this is the type of people you have in a managerial role.
