Atmosphere is amazing. Lots of decor and TVs.
Service was phenomenal. It was very quick, friendly, and professional.
Food was good, could maybe use a little more flavor, but great menu selection. Creative options. Good prices.
Drinks were delicious, good selection and well made cocktails.

Morgan A at Village Pub was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we sat down, Morgan was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome. Our drinks were always full, the food came out perfectly, and the service never felt rushed or forgotten. You can tell Morgan truly cares about providing great service. This experience alone will have us coming back — thank you, Morgan!

I ordered and asked to substitute Mac and cheese for the fries. Was willing to pay an upcharge. I was informed by the waitress that I would be charged for a kids Mac and cheese, somewhere around $7. This may be shocking to the owners, but not everyone likes seasoned fries. Won’t be back.

Walked here from a nearby hotel. I like the decor, and this place is definitely family friendly – a lot of groups with kids in tow and very patient staff! I had the sirloin Philly steak – it was really good but I couldn’t finish it. The onion rings were good, too.

I was very satisfied eating here. All the food was very delicious! I love the rustic atmosphere and the only complaints was us not getting our drinks or extra plates, but that’s probably because it was very busy. Those were the only complaints I have. The kids were very satisfied, the desserts were great, and just overall we had a great time here. I recommend! This was our second time coming here, and definitely not the last. I know we will be coming back here soon. Some dishes I recommend are the pretzel bites appetizers, the grilled cheese, and the dark side of the moon dessert. There is plenty more on the menu I still have to try, and based on what we got tonight, I just know I will get the chance. I will definitely be coming back! Keep up the great work! It was delicious and a great satisfying dinner.

Crab Night is back in Swedesboro!
FOOD
$39.99 All You Can Eat Crabs (Snow Crab legs). Includes fries. It’s a huge jump from $29.99 last year, but still a bargain. We definitely ate our fair share. The crabmeat was some of the best we’ve had, sliding out easily from their shells.
SERVICE
Drinks came out in a timely fashion. The support staff, switching out shell buckets and delivering crab orders, were ever present and pleasant.
ATMOSPHERE
It’s nice having the Swedesboro location back up and running. Not a lot of changes though the new chairs and tables are very nice. Definitely don’t miss the wobbling!
A shout out to Dustin for his guidance in the kitchen. Super nice guy who can definitely be the heart of TVP.

Harsh review right!
Brace Yourself Ethal…!
I ordered a $16.00 cheese-steak, and a Diet coke at the bar. I literally had 17x French fries on my plate , I had to transfer from one Bun to the other “Meat” as there was NO meat between the other bun… ya that happened. The bun was: dense, pasty, white Westcoast bread, hard as a rock.
This review is NOT a stand alone review, this is the 3rd STRIKE same meal order Aug, Oct. November 2025.
Secondly, the Diet Coke at bar seating it’s been broken since August 2025…FYI OLDEST bar trick serve FLAT soft drinks at the bar so you order Alcohol. Some people can’t drink alcohol eh.
Third, they REFUSE to fly the American Flag on thier flag pole outside, no joke been asking for 10 months straight and finally got the answer right from the owners sitting at a table running finances, Owners refuse to fly the USA flag.
The review is painful because before the place burnt it was great now it’s CINDER (tinder bar) BAR 2.0.
Until I see an American Flag on that pole will I ever concider walking thru their broken Emergency Exit doors again.

Over all I usually love this place. The service is all most always good. I also usually enjoy the food. However I would not recommend the Steak Fajita Flatbread. The veggies were soft and mushy and the steak seemed to be like a minute steak. However the New England Clam Chowder was very good.

Let me start by saying the Village Pub is great. We visit here once every other month and we are never disappointed. I ordered chicken buffalo bites, fried mozerella and chicken pot pie. My wife ordered fish n chips and my son ordered a quesadilla. The fried mozerella was HUGE and was awesome! The buffalo bites are always great! Our waitress was amazing and made sure we were happy the entire time. Total bill for all this plus sodas and a cosmo was $90 with tip. Keep in mind that the parking lot is a madhouse on the weekends, especially on a game night. Expect to park near the Acme. The Village Pub is U Do It approved!
