Our server was amazing! Very attentive and kind. I didn’t catch his name but he had a nose piercing. He immediately sat us with water which I feel like doesn’t happen at any other restaurant!! Very quick and wonderful to see the youth with fantastic customer service.

We visited this Sioux Falls branch on a Wednesday morning and we’re promptly seated and served breakfast. Our server Sam did a great job making sure that we had everything we needed and that our orders came out accurately and to our expectations. This was not my first visit to Perkins and will not be my last. Food came out hot and delicious. Great place to have a meal with friends and family! Keep up the good work.

Went there New Years Day lobby was full of people and nobody was seating us, even though there were open tables.Lots of people gave up and left. Food and waitress was good. But when we went to pay, another long line, nobody to take our money. You need new management.

I ordered a sandwich and they told me after they finally came out from the kitchen when it was ready for pickup that they were just putting it together. I waited another 10 minutes and got my food. When I got home I found they only gave me 1/2 of the sandwich. Do you guys think your customers are this stupid to expect them to just take this kind of disrespect and to steal their food like this. Going home only to half of what was paid for. The food is also never ready for door dash pick ups and I always wait a minimum of 10-15 minutes everytime order from you. You are the only restraunt that makes me wait after the ready for pick up time is indicated. I always wait quietly but I am beginning to think you like to treat people like me like this. Fortunately door dash refunded me and I can just go elsewhere if you dislike me so much that you have to act like bratty children making me wait like this and then stealing my food. I am shaking my head that you actually could do something like this and get away with it. Shame on you for that!

I’ve been to this location a couple of times. One of the times I was there the manager was so rude to her employees it was obscene. Why be so disrespectful to your employees in FRONT of customers? Absolutely disgusting. The most recent time I went me and my wife’s server Lauri, was the absolute worst. The service was abhorrent. We were completely ignored and she had no sense of urgency. I suggest not hiring people off the street to serve food.

My daughter wanted her b-day dinner here and the only good thing was my coffee!
The waitress bare handed was moving my bun and toppings around?! ( Toppings were horrible and wilted) Our French fries were barely cooked and were mushy for some reason and my other daughters mashed potatoes were ice cold. She had the tiniest sliver of salmon for her entree.
Free pie came with meal and both were freezer burnt – I mean crystalized
It was the worst meal we had in Sioux falls.
Be wary if you do eat here

Service was amazing. However, one of the “managers” I think our server said her name was savanna? Horrible manager she needs to be FIRED. The way this place is running nowadays is ridiculous. Bill was better!!!!! heard from the server it’s such a toxic environment at times and that’s some of the employees make the place worse and make others feel drained with their behavior. Also heard that one of the colored manager gets treated awfully by some of the servers and other employees. What happened to this Perkins seriously?!?! Do better!!!!!!
