Food is good for the price. Prices are VERY reasonable- not many decent places you can eat at for these prices.
Patty melt was good and the fries were cooked perfectly. My daughter’s Caesar salad with grilled chicken was very good and large. Mother liked her fried shrimp and the sweet potato fries were very crisp and didn’t taste greasy.
Waitress was excellent! Clean bathrooms and a pretty restaurant overall. If we’re in Green Bay we would definitely eat here again.

When I came here for the first time with my Dad. We were so impressive with their interior design and vibe. It felt nice warm welcome and calm place to eat at. I didn’t realize how big their menu was for lunch/dinner and breakfast on separate menu. Their service was fantastic! She was very friendly, takes time to explain about restaurant offer, and kept everything smooth. I do love their small lamp on table to help to see the menu. The lighting is great and how immaculate entire area. Back to talk about menu. I have super delicious Baby back rib with sauce and perfect fall off the bone. Man oh man I couldn’t get enough of it. one nice thing about you can order no sauce if you want. My Dad order shrimp and he was impressive how tasty and not too butter or garlic. Overall price for different foods are not very expressive. On every Sunday they have Breakfast Buffet from 8am to 1pm. Sound like to me they have plenty of variety food choice to eat. I haven’t eat it, but Im sure they are great. You can make RSVP on Sunday Breakfast buffet only. So there is no RSVP for any other day or time. I will be Back for some more!!! THANKS YOU!!!

I recently had breakfast at the Village Grille at 801 Hoffman Rd, in Green Bay, WI I had a very nice order of scrambled egg, bacon, and toast. The restaurants interior was very nice, clean, and would be a axe to co.e back to. The service was very good and whenever something was needed it came quickly. The meal was delicious and there were many other items on the menu that are worth another trip to try out.

I was there for a cousin’s reunion. I ordered the Philly Cheese Steak, no peppers or mushrooms….which I’m allergic. I received my sandwich and there was a thick layer of mushrooms under the Provolone cheese. It was sent back and remade. What I got as a replacement sandwich was a bun, not toasted, a thin layer of meat and onions, the cheese was not melted. It was two pieces of Provolone that looked like it was taken out of the cooler and slapped on my sandwich. No mayo…..it was just wrong. My whole family was half done by the time I got my sandwich. I took 2 bites and was done.

I’ve been coming to The Village Grille for quite some time and our last visit was especially nice. There were eight of us at the table and our server Kimberly did a wonderful job taking care of everyone. She was very attentive and had such a pleasant attitude the whole time.She kept everything moving smoothly, drinks were refilled. You could tell she takes pride in her work!
The food was perfect, we really liked the prime rib. The atmosphere was comfortable, and the service really stood out. It was a Saturday night. We would like to have Kimberly as our server again next time.

I hosted my bridal shower here in August and was completely blown away by their service, food, and support. The staff was so kind and made it around to all of the guests several times to refill beverages. The buffet was replenished as needed. And they kept the day flowing according to our timeline. I will definitely recommend hosting showers or events here in the future!

Our first time here enjoying the Sunday Buffett and definitely won’t be the last. What struck me was the variety and high quality of this breakfast Buffett. They had your usual fare scrambled eggs (with cheese or with veggies), bacon (crispy!), link sausage etc. But so much more! Banana French toast, apple dumplings, bread pudding, cheesy hash brown casserole (for two helpings! Because it was soooooo good), breakfast burritos, waffles and French toast sticks with strawberry glaze available, fresh fruit and pastries as well. So so good! Highly recommend this Sunday buffet. It runs 9am to 1pm.

This was our second time here. First time was about a month prior and it was for breakfast. I enjoyed that meal, my husband didn’t. He just said nothing wowed him on the breakfast menu and the sausage was disappointing. Also the waitress kept questioning him when he asked for a short stack of pancakes. She was telling him how big they are and asked him multiple times if he was sure he wanted two… to the point we were getting annoyed with how much she was talking about it. Why was she insisting he should have two? We don’t mind getting suggestions from servers on what foods to try or avoid, but when we make our final decision, don’t question it.
This time we came for lunch, which the main dining room seemed fuller than last time, but not outrageously busy. We got seated right away and the waitress took our drink and food order quickly. Atmosphere was nice, dining room was clean. For appetizers we ordered mozzarella sticks & artichoke dip. The artichoke dip was excellent! Mozzarella sticks were just okay. For entrees we ordered a cheeseburger with fries & applesauce and a Black Forest melt with grille fries & coleslaw. My melt was delicious and I would definitely get it again! The grille “fries” are just red potatoes cut in quarters (not really fries) and I personally didn’t think there was any flavor to them. I liked the regular fries better. The coleslaw was also good. My husband said the cheeseburger was just okay. He liked the toasted bun, but he didn’t think there was enough flavor to the burger and he would have loved some type of garlic aioli or other sauce on the burger (not ketchup). He also didn’t like the fries.
Food aside, we were a disappointed in the attentiveness of our waitress today. After we got our appetizers, we needed refills on our drinks. We didn’t see her for almost 15 minutes and then when she did come back to our end of the dining room she kept going to a specific table without stopping by us. She went to that other table 5 times in a row over 10 minutes and never even looked at us to see if we needed anything. We saw other servers taking care of multiple tables around us at an even and fair pace. It’s not a huge complaint, and maybe she was just busy and honestly forgot about us, but it did put a damper on our time there. (Especially as my mouth got burnt from the hot artichoke dip and I had nothing to cool it off with.)
I would definitely come back and give another try! Sadly my husband said he would not come back.

The Village Grille is one of the best breakfast areas around! They have a wide variety of all of the breakfast classics. I am a biscuits and gravy snob and I order theirs almost every time! If you have the day off or go on a weekend, it is fun to order a breakfast cocktail to make it a “brunchy” breakfast! My only reason for a 4 star in service, is that I prefer to have a carafe of coffee at the table versus having to rely on their busy waitstaff to refill coffee!

The staff was awesome! Food was terrific! Reasonably priced, too. And a spacey place not so close to others, I think. Impeccable timing on coffee refills (so needed this morning ).
