Just not worth the price. The burgers are small and way overpriced. Yes, you can get whatever you want on it, but even if you got everything they offer on it, you are still overpaying. The fries are really good, but still overpriced. If the burgers were $3 cheaper, I could maybe justify paying the price of the fries. I just don’t understand how they stay in business, especially in this economy.

Their hamburger’s are very tasty and moist. They are made to order with multiple ingredients available for not extra charge. The Cajun fries are spicy enough and the quantity given is very generous. The meal is a great value.

My second time having Five Guys and it was much much better than my first experience. It’s still pricer than other burger joints, but the size of the burger and ridiculous amount of fries they give you make up for it. I recommend the Cajun fries. 9/10

I have never been so disappointed in spending money on food like I was at this place. The burger was nothing special. The fries were not crispy, they tasted burnt, hard, not fresh and the oil needs to be changed (can taste that through the fries.)
I would also like to mention about the two employees who went into the bathroom together, (just about when I was walking in) stayed there for a while. Which is definitely odd.
The whole Five Guys experience was disappointing, gross and felt robbed.

I love this place! They serve your food in a brown bag. You also get a free bag of peanuts. The price is a little steep at first glance but you get to choose between many selections of toppings for your burger. It’s delicious and so worth it! The staff was very nice and helpful too. I had a great first experience.

What a quick and tasty place to go for a burger! Their burgers definitely hit the spot!! And their fries were amazing! The Cajun loves those fries!!! Yummmmm! Just had a simple cheeseburger but hey have plenty of options to choose from to add on to your burger!!! Service was good and didn’t even wait long!!

Always one of my favorite fast food burgers, very juicy and filling! The fries are some the best seasoned fresh cut out there! Only complaints are the price (considering it’s fast food) and the loud atmosphere that can make it hard to hear.

My burger was not warm at all.. And cheese was not melted even a little. I had to microwave it.. I hope they’re not selling old food that’s sitting out? For $10 a burger I would expect it to be hot and fresh. Compared to pictures in other reviews, mine was definitely made wrong.

I don’t normally review chains but I love this burger so much I wanted to leave some stars. Awesome burger, huge, a little pricey. But the fries are the best. Literally the best.
