Was not greeted upon arrival. Had to say my order multiple times because it was not taken correctly. Very long wait time. I ordered 2 drinks and a jumbo pretzel to go. I waited for 30 minutes. After leaving, I realized one of the drinks was not made correctly and was only 3/4 full in my cup.
Brenda was not friendly nor welcoming. Was very short with customers.
Had Louise prior as waitstsff and was excellent. Friendly, accommodating, made everything perfectly.
