Reviews
Our group had the steak sandwich, salmon, pasta, and smashed burger. All of it tasted amazing.
The patio seating was perfect. We went in January and the heaters kept us toasty.
The owner was passionate and worked hard to minimize any inconvenience for customers. The staff members were also very diligent. We ordered the tomahawk steak and requested medium rare, but it came out cooked somewhere between medium and well-done. The server apologized and explained that some parts were overcooked, though there were still portions closer to medium. We were a bit disappointed, but we understood the sincerity of the apology, so we simply said it was fine and ate it. The taste wasn’t bad.
Overall, the trash nachos felt fresh, and the sauce was great. It’s definitely a place I would recommend.
The ceaser salad with blackened salmon was tasty, cauliflower flatbread had the perfect crust consistency topped with fresh veggies and the smash burger got rave reviews. Bartender accommodated the details of my paper plane cocktail to a t.
Pleasant service.
The Cesar salad is yummy and indeed does come with a giant crouton. The salmon was cooked perfectly and the sauce has a nice subtle heat to it. The filet tip stroganoff is hearty and flavorful. Blown away by the space, food, and staff. Recommend making reservations around sunset.
That said, the food didn’t measure up to the drinks. The smash burger was overcooked, lacked seasoning, and overall just didn’t have much flavor. For a place with such great drinks, I was hoping the food would match the same quality.
Still, if you’re looking for a great spot to grab a drink, The Vault is worth checking out!
Very nice place, good food amazing drinks.
If you’re a nacho’s fan then don’t miss out those especially at this place.
Since it’s a tourist attraction it’s hard to find a parking spot. Plan accordingly
