Me and my fiancé came in for our anniversary, and we had a lovely experience.
The food was great, and the server Kristen D was AWESOME. We aren’t super fancy or up scale people, but she made us feel welcome, like we belonged. We loved that. She made my experience, and I would recommend anyone to go there just to see her.
The only thing that I would complain about, is that we spent a pretty penny; and there was a family there who treated it like an Applebees. They had kids running and jumping around, and no one said a thing. Now I love children, but it did throw the upscale atmosphere off.
I would recommend this restaurant to family and friends based off of my experience.
I also HIGHLY recommend the Tomahawk.

So disappointed in the vault on first, bless Deb the lovely waitress. Ordered usual and it was disgusting. Chicken risotto tough and Rue flavorless. Didn’t eat the meal and was offered “do you want me to warm it up” total disregard for customer satisfaction. Not even a discount for the food no one could eat.. shameless!! Won’t be going back…

My Husband and I came here Saturday for a late Birthday dinner and had an amazing time between drinks, food and service absolutely we will come back it is a little pricey but you have to treat your self every once and a while. Our server Daphne was absolutely amazing she treated us with respect and whit which I admire. Plus the sign in the ladies bathroom is outstanding.

From start to finish, our visit was outstanding. The only thing better than the food was the service. Daphne took care of our group of 14 and somehow made it look effortless. Our drinks were never even half empty, and she anticipated our needs before we could ask. Both Daphne and the chef were incredibly accommodating with dietary restrictions and made thoughtful adjustments without hesitation.

My wife and I came here for a date night. What a great choice! We enjoyed the Thai style Brussels to start. WOW. They were incredible. The drinks were to die for!!!! My wife’s steak was cooked to perfection. It was the best fish I have ever had. THE SAUCE. The portions also were so generous. To top it all off we had incredible service from Wendy. This is going to be our new spot.

Having been a patron several times at The Vault, I was so looking forward to hosting a work presentation at the restaurant for approximately 20 guests.
Everything surpassed my expectations. From the ease of working with the staff, to selecting our menu choices for the families making their way to downtown Wyandotte, and ending with the service and food, I was more than happy.

love this place! pricey but quality. beware the staff have eyes and ears on the back of their head so make sure you only say good things about the food lol. they understand medium rare and most of the drinks are consistent! service is great. a nice more uppity pit stop in your downtown adventures.

I just had my first experience at The Vault tonight and it was absolutely amazing. The food was phenomenal, the wait staff was so friendly and kind, and the experience was just overall well worth the money spent.
I went with a friend for a bestie dinner for Christmas, and it was both of our first time going. We saw that it had good reviews, and we were both so glad we listened! Yes, it’s pricey, but you definitely get your money’s worth of food and experience!!!
I would 100% go back and I will be recommending The Vault to other people!
