My partner and I went there for dinner and didn’t know what to expect as it was our first time eating outside in New Hampshire. The food was really great especially the French onion Chicken. It was perfectly cooked with right amount of flavours. The garlic mashed potatoes blew my mind. I’ve never had mashed potatoes like that before. It was soo good and went really well with the chicken and the fried onions.
Another best part of the dinner was the live music, it was really good and lively. Loved the little table in the washroom for bags.

The Vault is truly one of a kind. Wonderful atmosphere, service and food. The vibes are unmatched and I have never had bad service here. They are so inclusive and have vegan and vegiterian options, mocktails and there is really something on the menu for everyone. They truly spend so much time and thought into everything that is The Vault. They often have live music, that is always wonderful as well. If you are in the area, this is definitely a must visit place!

We’ve been in a few times now and have yet to be disappointed. The service is friendly, the atmosphere is cozy yet fun, and the food and drink are delicious! Entrees are generous with enough to take home, and the entire staff was very accommodating of my dietary restrictions. Great place to grab cocktails with friends or out for a dinner date, The Vault is the little gem Gorham needed! (Photos are the island spice margarita, Mozambican shrimp, and dragonfruit sorbetto).

We got the vegan African spice noodles, the mushroom plate and the thai peanut cups. We showed up on a night that was short staffed and busy but everyone was really kind and we got our food quick enough. I definitely would recommend this place it’s got a great atmosphere and the African spice noodles were everyone’s favorite by far.

Photo doesn’t do it justice. This place is easily one of the best in Gorham. Cool ambiance, wonderful service, savory food; it doesn’t miss!
I had the tacos, Korean beef, and my friend had the African noodles. All of the dishes were fantastic. There was a lot of depth, flavor, and thought put into each dish.
The service was fast, welcoming, and attentive. You couldn’t ask for more!
If you’re on the fence, don’t be. Come in and give them a try!

Atmosphere was different. We weren’t sure what to expect after walking in. Interesting to say the least. But, the food was amazing! The beet slaw was our favorite!

Eclectic place for drinks and light food. A bit on the pricey side, cocktails average around $15 and a decent selection of four craft beers average $9 each.
When I was there they had Burlington Beer Co., Foundation Brewing, and Northwoods Brewing. A complaint, they don’t have the beers available listed anywhere and when they tell them to you they don’t give you the Brewer or beer name, just a description.
I also ordered the Back to Black which I found extremely tasty but others in my party did not due to the smokiness. I tried their G&T as well which we all felt was a bit weak and disappointing.
Would go back again but not a frequent hangout.

We were so excited to visit the Vault as a new restaurant in Gorham. The drinks were awesome and we liked the fritters appetizer. However for $29, my friend’s zeppelin chicken was not good. It was white rice, bagged steamed veggies and chicken breast. Topped with pieces of provolone cheese that wasn’t fully melted? It was confusing.
The Moroccan shrimp dish was yummy but for $29 I expected more to my dish than just the rice and shrimp. Overall we enjoyed the experience and loved our drinks and the vibe but the quality of food was not on par with the prices. If the Vault works hard on the quality of their food this will be a go-to spot in Gorham and we are rooting for them!

A great place. Very laid back, great music, ambiance, very tasty drinks and delicious food. We have passes this place many times.. not anymore. 100% worth a visit for Lunch or Dinner.
