Love this place!! We have an annual Century bike ride from Waukee and always stop at the Uptown Cafe for lunch. My favorites are the open face roast beef and country fried steak. You will be happy with whatever you order.

First time eating here and we would definitely go back. We had breakfast. it was out fast, tasted great, and the service was very good. Don’t leave without a couple slices of pie. Very enjoyable experience. Coffee was good too.
