My favorite pizza! I don’t get to eat it as often as I like but it’s a special treat when I can. I get the slightly pesto, delicious. We also got Buffalo wings which were spicy and delicious too. The place is small with only a few tables to sit and eat. Looking forward to coming back. I highly recommend Upper Crust!

Shame on you guys for sending this to my office for $23!! Shame on this pizzeria and the owner and chef! The pizza is a joke. It is the size of my palm and a half with stuff thrown on it. Must be so profit minded with NO business ethics, just aimed at ripping people off of money with no concern. Such a shame.. you must be ashamed of yourself for sending this through Relish! A 5 year old kid would make a better pizza and I know its a shame for the kid to be compared to you guys. Terrible!

Forgot to give marinara for the mozzarella sticks. Dead arugula on the Fig and Goat. Nashville hot tenders, look at the pics from the website versus real. **Update, Upper Crust reached out and refunded my order and handed the issue very well. The refund is appreciated but I also believe that they will address the concerns so that others will benefit in the future. Thanks again for your professionalism and quick response!

I like Upper Crust pizzas, but the service at this Lexington location has been subpar lately. The other day, I came into the shop 35 minutes before closing to order a simple cheese pizza for takeout. All the tables and chairs had already been stacked, so there was nowhere to sit while I waited. After taking my order, they started cleaning the floor around me with a “potent” solution, and I had to keep getting out of their way. They couldn’t wait five minutes until I was out of there? Poor customer service!

Great thin and crunchy pizza place right in the center of Lexington. I had only been to the Beacon Hill location until today and I would have to say that the quality is consistent among them. The staff was young here and goofing around a lot but they were friendly and served our slices fast. Overall this is a great pizza place I would definitely recommend if you’re in need of a slice!

I’m lowering a star for every five minutes it takes me to get my fries. Also, people were full on actually throwing chairs beside me, and floors and tables were not very clean. Otherwise tasty fries and very good bang for your buck for a group.
I cannot stress enough how dann long it took to get my fries though. It actually took nearly 45 minutes for fries.

Had a large marguerita for take out Sunday night for my family, and all of us tasted something bitter and off at the first bite, probably the cheese.
Second time we experienced this with their pizza, unfortunately. We ended up not eating the pizza. Tried to call to talk but no one picked up the phone.

DELICIOUS calzones with big pizza slices! Took a while for the calzones to cook since they are made to order but they were worth the wait. 10/10 would recommend. The calzone pictured is the chicken parmesan calzone.

I stopped in for lunch while working in Lexington today. I loved the pizza when they had a location by me. I work in the restaurant industry and visit 20+ restaurants a day. Unfortunately, the customer service is just not there. I walked in and I swear the two guys looked at me and said “what?” Like I was disturbing them. They also packed the hot pizza one on top of the other in a bag. I thought this was odd since it wasn’t one slice. When I opened the bag just like I thought all the cheese had transferred to the plate ruining one of the slices. I am still giving two stars since the pizza tasted good. Attached picture.
