I ordered a special birthday cake for my son from The Ultimate Bakery (A&G), and I’m very disappointed. What I expected and what I received were completely different.
I showed them a clear picture of the design I wanted — a clean, detailed Batman and Spiderman theme cake with smooth finishing and decorations like the sample image. But the cake I received looked very messy and unprofessional. The design was not neat, the colors were off, and it didn’t look anything like what I ordered.
For the price I paid, I truly expected much better quality and attention to detail. The cake might have tasted okay, but visually it was a huge letdown, especially for such an important occasion — my son’s birthday.
I hope they take customer orders more seriously in the future and deliver what they promise.

This is a great bakery in Deer Park area. Lots of cake and pastry options and freshly baked. The customer service is great and she was very patient and gave excellent recommendations. I already told neighbors to try it and even the famous tre leches is sold there.

Our friend ordered an apple pie from here, and it turned out to be moldy apple pie instead. Mold spores can be seen on the visible apples, as evidenced in the photo. Is it that hard to throw out old pies, keep track of when food is expired, or not serve consumers old pies? Be observant when packing pies and cakes to ensure there’s no mold? Thank God I spotted out the little spores before I went in for a slice.

Got a cake from here a month or so ago and was extremely dissapointed. Almost everything went wrong. We asked for a specific pallete of colors, which they assured us was doable, and for a specific design as it was an engagement party cake. They not only altered the design slightly because they “thought they could improve it”, but they also used a completely different color pallet than we had aggreed upon intitially. When we expressed our concerns over how much had been changed, the woman helping us just shrugged, offering no real solution and a half-assed apology.
On top of that, the cake was VERY expensive and wasn’t even ready by the time they told us to come in! We had been given a specific pickup time over a week in advance, and when we arrived in-store for the pickup we had to sit for over a half an hour because they still hadn’t finished. By now you’re probably wondering, “how’d it taste?”, which was sadly about the same as it looked, forgetable.
TL;DR- Abrasive staff that prioritize chatty customers over assisting others causing longer than usual wait times, cake-designers that cannot/will not follow your instructions, & unimpressive flavor
Go somewhere else, there are plenty of better options literally all around this place.

Ultimate Bakery, especially their Linzer Tarts, is usually a real treat. Unfortunately, during my visit today, I had an unpleasant experience. While enjoying one of the tarts, I found a long strand of hair baked into it, which was very disappointing.
I truly enjoy their baked goods, and I hope this feedback helps them address such issues to maintain their otherwise excellent quality.

This bakery has great cannolis. The cream and the shell is the best flavor and most places don’t do it like this anymore. The rainbow cookies have great flavor also, just could be a tad bit more moist but overall, great flavor.

Let me say the desserts are delicious so dig deep into your pockets and enjoy!
The servers have little personality so don’t expect much help there.
Just pick out a nice cake or some pastries and live it up!
obtw, (see pic) last time in I bought a medium tray of cookies from the counter for ( hold on before I say the price let me ask are you sitting down? I don’tb what you to fall down and hit your head lol). $37.00
And that’s cash price, use your CC and add. another 3% more! Imagine!
