Love Love Love The Tunnel bar. My boyfriend and I went to celebrate our 9 year anniversary. I was nervous going on a Saturday night that there wouldn’t be seating, but we got a prime real estate table! The service was great as always. I kind of compare servers to hairdressers in regards to whether or not they leave you be or talk your ear off haha. You need that balance! Our server was perfect and I would highly recommend this bar to anyone who hasn’t gone yet! It’s historical and beautiful and has a high-end lovely atmosphere.☺️

Kennedy (hope I spelled the name correctly) helped to make sure we got a table even with the reservation mix-up! (Which was more on my part) Absolutely stunning atmosphere!! The drinks were outstanding! Food was just okay. Truffle fries were great. Asian sticky ribs were lukewarm at best (flavor was good though) and the Hawaiian pizza was very bland. But don’t let that deter you from this place!! We are from out of town and will definitely be coming back for the drinks if In the neighborhood again!!!

Very unique bar in historical location. Great drink selection. Comfy chairs and shape of the ceiling is great for conversation. I had one of their Smoked Whiskeys (Man on Fire) and highly recommend.

Cozy little place with great atmosphere, and friendly staff. We were traveling in the area, and had heard about The Tunnel Bar from a friend. Drinks were tasty. The apps were very good. The wings had great flavor, but were a little tough. For drinks, I had Man on Fire and The Charles B. Both were very good. Would recommend reservations, though wasn’t too busy as were there at dinner time, but filled up quickly.

There is simply no competition that can compete with the total experience The Tunnel Bar can offer. The oyster selection was simply excellent and paired beautifully with the El Chupacabra and the Ashes to Glasses. The platter included a house made mignonette sauce, which was crisp and perfectly balanced. The brine of the oysters, the smokiness of the drinks, and the darkly lit interior of the tunnel taken together create an otherworldly feeling. This isn’t just food, it’s an experience.

This place has been here since the late 1800s. Of course it wasn’t the bar it is now. Go early so you can peruse the huge drink book in your leisure. I went both early and then later to check out the Friday night crowd and it does get crowded. The drinks are great. I had the Dos special which is a spicy berry flavored tequila drink. Tell Dos I sent you!

I really love this place when I get to visit. The vibe is incredible and makes it a great go to with a few friends. Definitely gets busy at peak times.

Wow! What a cool place. Let me start by saying I was visiting the area as the guest of a wedding. The rehearsal dinner was nearby and I had to find some place to spend a couple of hours while my girlfriend did the wedding thing. I quickly searched for whisky bars and thus establishment came up!

This was my first time in the Tunnel bar and I loved it. When you first walk in you get the feel of an old train tunnel. Wonderful lounge chairs and tables to sit with friends or sit up at the bar! I ordered the nachos and giant pretzel. Fantastic! Also. Very friendly staff.

Another great experience at Tunnel Bar. They were super busy this time but friendly folks at the bar made room for our three person party. Bartenders and servers were still super attentive and friendly despite being slammed. Beverages and food were top shelf.
