My wife and I ate here while traveling home from Vancouver, Washington. We saw the high praise high reviews. We were not disappointed!
The Reuben sandwich was an amazing experience. A large sandwich with generous and delicious portion of pastrami made by the proprietor his self. The best Reuben sandwich I’ve ever had.
The ribs were flavorful as well though a bit dry. I doubt technique was the issue with the ribs and had to do more with the animal itself. I would love to try the again.
If you’re looking for quality “Q” Triple B Backhills is a barbeque spot that you should definitely try.

The food was AMAZING!! The tri tip was melt in your mouth good and the loaded baker was cooked to perfection. The prices and service were good too AND they honor those who serve the citizens. This is a MUST STOP any time your in town. ❤

First ribs are amazing! Perfect smokiness and rub, could be a little bit more tender though. The BBQ sauce is really good, perfect amount of heat and flavor! Now the not so good…pulled pork sandwich was gross! Pulled pork had no flavor,char at all, or smokiness maybe it was an off day but I won’t ever order that again. Will be back for those delicious ribs!

I’ve been struggling to find some good barbecue in the area and my search is over! That smokey flavor lingers and is absolutely delicious. They seem to be true pitmasters here and customer service is so positive and upbeat. I kept smelling my fingers for hours after just to reminisced on that fragrance. I’ve had barbecue all over the country, all of the states that you think that barbecue comes from and when it comes to meat this place delivers. They’ll see me very soon…

Passed by one day and had to stop. Glad I did. Excellent BBQ and service. Junkyard dog, took two meals to eat all of it. Its got everything in it. Normally I get the 1/2 rack of ribs and beans – its the best. Recommending giving it try if you love BBQ.

These guys are hands down the best food trucks in the area, the one on best and Prarie do amazing food, great customer service and they care about their customers. Definitely worth trying weather your a local or traveling. If I could give a better rating I would. The picture doesn’t do the foods justice. Try it for yourself and you’ll feel the same way I do. Wow, my pulled pork sandwich was huge. It was cooked the correct way, i.e. the bbq was put on after the meat cooked. It was delicious, sauce does has a tad kick. A for effort, price & portion size!

Holy smokes, St Louis my hometown, has a run for their money with this pulled pork. From one of the BBQ capitals in the world, I can confirm coming here this is hands down the BEST here in Coeur d Alene.
