Grangeville doesn’t have much for national restaurants. This was a “quick” dinner on a long trip. It was quaint, friendly and delicious. All I had was salad but it was fresh and large.

The place was empty when we walked in right around noon on a Saturday. We were greeted and seated promptly at the large table for us 10. I only saw the one waitress in the whole entirety of our stay. That being said, she was very attentive, quick to take our order and get us drinks. The food came out promptly, tasted great, and the beer was ice cold. Keep it up. Kudos

Was a bit of a wait getting in on a Friday night, but the food is worth it. The appetizers were yummt and the prime rib was super tender. Chicken wings were done just right for my wife. Staff was friendly and courteous to our food allergies.

Pleasantly surprised! Probably one of the best options in the area. We have tried everything else. And this place is our preferred option. Nice welcoming staff, vast open area. Voices don’t travel all over the place. Solid drinks, food prepared exactly as requested. I opted for the NY strip rare, jack and coke, and a salad.

Food was decent, much better than any fast food tho. Our server was very nice and pleasant, no complaints there. But even though the restaurant wasn’t packed our food took a while to come. It’s a nice little sit down restaurant to go to for classic American food, but expect to wait a little while.

Stopped in for lunch, he had the taco salad. I had the almond chicken salad. Both were delicious reasonably priced, and I was very impressed with the service and how sparkling clean the place was.

The food was actually really good. Probably the best onion rings I’ve ever had. Perfect crunch, not over battered, onion was tender and and biting into it, the onion didn’t fall out.

Atmosphere is pleasant, but after that things go down hill. I ordered the loaded potatoes for an appetizer and for a state that’s known for potatoes they should be embarrassed to serve them. They were dry and look like been sitting out for a while. Has the rib-eye with blue cheese and mushrooms; another big disappointment. I wasn’t sure if they were grill marks or marks from the jockey that last ride it. The blue cheese overpower what ever flavor the steak may of had. To top the evening off I left a $44 dollar tip on a $51 dollar bill and you’d think the waitress would of at least said than you or curious if I made a mistake, she surely couldn’t of thought her service was worth that big of a tip? Why did I leave such a big tip you wonder; I just like to see people’s reactions when you do something nice for them. Sadly, not even a thank you. I won’t be going back.

Awesome place if you’re from out of town. The staff and other patrons were as friendly as can be with a cool decor. I had the steelhead special and it cooked perfectly along with great sides. Definitely recommend!

I took my family from out of town here. Service was terrible we got dirty looks the whole time we were there, had to ask for drinks then waited 20 min for water, we spent around $300.00. I will never go back or recommend anyone to go here. One person can ruin it all. Customers deserve to be treated kindly and our experience was far from kind.
