This place is our go to lunch spot. We enjoy the freshness of the ingredients and the quality. It tops costa vida and cafe Rio. They lost a star because they never add enough lettuce to the food even when you ask for double lettuce this is especially when you place your order online. It’s better to order in person so they can prepare it exactly to your specifications.

I had never been to the store before, but I had been to others like it. But this place blows the doors off Chipotle.
Margarita helped me pick out what I should eat since I’ve never been here before. She was behind the counter and it’s extremely friendly.

Ive never been in person, but ordered from door dash and it was everything I hoped it would be. Asked for Christmas style, which is a regional New Mexico thing where they smother it with red and green sauce, and they nailed it.
BIG burrito, soft delicious tortilla, and good flavor.
Demolished half the burrito before I got around to taking a picture. The picture would have been better if I hadn’t torn it apart first, but I couldn’t resist. Love this place, ill be back 🙂

So I think I’ve had my fair share of fish tacos in town. Some great, some not so much. The fish tacos here were cooked fresh, not deep fried, and we’re arguably the best fish tacos I’ve had here in Boise. The flavor is so rich and the fish is cooked to perfection. The tortilla was warm and perfect. I can’t say enough good things about it. I have been here a handful of times and been pleased with the food but I was compelled to write this review today. I highly recommend you come in and try the fish tacos. I just can’t see someone being disappointed. Nice job Tortilla Factory. These fish tacos compete with the best high end tacos from the far more expensive restaurants and win in my book!

I ordered the pork Barbacoa nachos. The pork or the sauce used with the pork was sweet. All my life Mexican BBQ or Barbacoa pork is not sweet! Maybe American BBQ you use a sweet sauce. The bean dip that came as a side for the nachos was excellent. The Pico that came as a side with a to go order was definitely getting old and needed to be discarded. This restaurant seems to have a lot of good reviews so maybe I’ll come back again and try something else. No paper towels in the women’s restroom

Who doesn’t love Fresh Tortillas.. very good tortillas. I did their dessert sopapilla tortilla, and it was delicious, if you love cinnamon and sugar. Especially for only 99 cents. Tried the shredded beef enchiladas and Tacos which were good. The refried beans were a little dry. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Restaurant was really clean. Would definitely go back here again to eat.

Got to hit this place on taco Tuesdays! Really delicious pork barbacoa and some of the best shrimp tacos I’ve ever had. My wife and I only go here a couple times each year when we are in the area, but it is definitely something we look forward to each time and are always glad we went!

Pork barbacoa was good. Nothing crazy, very straightforward for someone who might have a more mild pallet. Their “hot” sauce wasn’t hot at all. Half their lights were burnt out inside so it was very dark. 7/10 I can see the hype but just not my style.
