went through the KFC drive thru hungry and slightly dramatic… left fed, happy, and humbled. The line moved so fast I barely had time to scroll my phone. The staff? Polite. Efficient. Unbothered. Professionals.
My order was actually correct (drive thru miracle unlocked ), the chicken was hot and crispy like it just won a beauty pageant, and they remembered ALL the sauces. No stinginess. No attitude. Just vibes and good food.
Honestly, if every drive thru ran like this, the world would be a calmer place. I’ll be back in that line like it’s a VIP entrance.

Great experience at this KFC! We placed a large order and the staff handled it smoothly and professionally. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the food was fresh and hot even though we came in close to closing. Nope, nope, nope, never again will we go to this KFC. I dont normally leave reviews, but had to speak up to warn others. I ordered a 12pc bucket for $48.38. The chicken was all very small legs, wings and thighs. Some of the chicken was hard, it also tasted off, like like the frialator oil was old, stale or no longer any good, and the chicken truly had a very strange odor to it. Out of the 12 pieces we were only able to eat 7, the rest went into the trash. The six biscuits were also hard as rocks as well. Luckily the sides were good so we didn’t go hungry. I tried multiple times to call to see if we could bring our order back and get our money back. The phone rings then goes to voicemail, but their mailbox is full so I couldn’t even leave a message, which tells me they don’t answer their phones. So yeah, we will not be going to this KFC again.

I am very upset. Each time I send my husband to pick up our food at the Hall St Concord, NH location he gets yelled at or insulted because he is black. They don’t believe it’s his order which has been paid in full and several times have not given him the full order. This time he got one item out of 4. I even send him with a screen shot of the order details and they still argue with him saying he must have already taken it only to find out they gave it to someone else. This is a racist location. We are going to change where we order going forward. I should not have to be the one to pick up because I’m white. This is Concord, NH. I’ve lived here for a long time and have never been treated this way. I feel sorry for humans from other cultures or that are darker than me. Avoid going to this location if you want to be treated with respect.

We paid $ 48 for a 12 piece chicken bucket dinner. The chicken was dry and tasted like it was fried in very old oil. NOT EDIBLE AT ALL! We threw out most of it. We got mostly very small wings and legs with only a few chicken breasts that were very small also. All 6 biscuits were hard as a rock and we threw those out also. I’m recommending to people to be aware of the poor quality of food and the very high price they charged us.

For a chicken place they never have any ready. Plan to wait for them to cook some. We were there and a fellow customer had been waiting almost an hour. They forgot about him and were taking more orders. Their reasoning is they are understaffed. We have given them several chances but tonight was the last.
