Pros:
-Excellent food for a good price (burgers were $15 each).
-Service was rather prompt.
-The owner was very personable and assisted (provided a sample of their sauce to see if I’d like it, gave us updates on the burgers, and even asked questions about my lapel pins).
-The atmosphere felt casual and fun. The interior had appropriate decor. They mostly played classic rock and country music.
Cons:
-The exterior looks like the type of place someone had been stabbed at. Not much they could realistically do about that though.
-Our waitress seemed rather uncaring. She failed to give us a bill/receipt, so the only way we knew exactly what we spent was on the card we used. The service got three stars because of this, but was balanced out by the other employees being very good.

Dropped in on our way home and was very pleased we did!! This menu is AMAZING, and the food really delivers. I had the meatball sandwich and it was beautiful.
Best of all, the service here is excellent. The owner was very friendly, kind, and clearly cares about quality. Will definitely be visiting again!

My husband and I came here the first day it was open and we loved it, we finally came back, and it’s still just as good!
The burger patties are juicy, and the burger options are unique. The burger with mac n cheese bites is heavenly. The prices are also super reasonable, and they come out in a timely manner.
We had a conversation with the owner and one of the waitresses (Mariah) who are both incredibly friendly and kind hearted. I would absolutely recommend stopping by!

A big town menu in the most unexpected place, this is a MUST stop for anyone. No really, eat here. The owner is so passionate and invested in high quality food in a spotless kitchen. I know this because we had the best conversations while he was in between other customers. I loved the atmosphere with modern features and events to attend. When I’m anywhere near, I will eat here. I may even drive from Springfield because I have to try more of their robust menu.
Also, I forgot to take a picture of my food because I devoured it too fast. I had the Frisco Melt hamburger with Onion rings and it was, no joke, the best burger I’d have had. And the onion rings batter was PERFECTION.

If you want absolutely the best hamburger in the state if not the country you must try one! The burgers are a mix of beef short ribs and brisket. My wife had the pizza and it was great as well. The food is prepared when ordered and the service is the icing on the cake! Yes, the hamburger is $15. BUT it comes with a side, plenty of fries or onion rings. The bacon cheese burger is large with lots of cheese and bacon. There is no comparison anywhere else! We took my father-in-law there last Sunday for his birthday. They not only gave him an appetizer they brought out peach cobbler with ice cream with numbered candles. It was his 93rd birthday and he agrees this is the best hamburger you can buy. It doesn’t look like much on the outside but there is plenty of parking. If you go you want be disappointed. We are dinning there again tonight!

This place was amazing! Don’t let the outside fool you! The owners are so sweet and took the time to talk with us! The food was DELICIOUS! The garlic cheese curds were amazing! We also ordered the mushroom swiss burger and bacon cheese burger, again so good! Service was awesome! I wish I had taken pictures of how delicious the food looked! I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Absolutely horrible service, that the staff does not attempt to remedy. Waited 50 minutes on food. Checked in with bartender / male server with a name confirmation at time of arrival to get take our. Waited 30 minutes with no other interaction from staff. At one point, another customer of the bar reminded the server that we had been waiting an excessive amount of time. The bartender replied “they’re still working on it”. Asked for an update at 30 minutes, and our food has been sitting on the counter the entire time. Server stated that it wasn’t her fault, as she didn’t know we were there. Again, this is after checking in with the bartender. Server tried to state that the food was fine, as it was “still warm” after sitting on the counter for 30 minutes. That is unsanitary. The food we ordered were Terry sandwiches, obviously it would be very soggy and inedible. I will never return to this establishment, absolutely pitiful “service”. The attitudes were extravagant when explaining their own errors.

Overcooked overpriced burgers, creep of an owner, decent staff, they would get 3.5-4 stars. Gave it three tries and The third time I finally asked him why he can’t cook burgers medium to medium rare and his, the owner, answer was inexperience and a shrug of the shoulders.
