A dirty dive bar, not much more. As for the food: ordered a medium burger, it was well done. Had bacon on my sandwich and it was burnt. Their buffalo sauce is NOT buffalo by any means, tastes horrible, and looks like salsa. They have a tiny jenky menu which looks different than in reviews, also their reviews had 3 different kind of fries but they have crinkle cut now. They were good, same with their house made chips. But that’s the extent of it.

This is a great college dive bar. Quite a few tvs to watch and a decent layout with a pool table and outdoor seating. However, avoid the bathrooms. They were absolutely disgusting and I felt like I wanted to throw my shoes away after walking in there. I think it’s typical for a college bar restroom to get pretty nasty but it shouldn’t be so disgusting in the late afternoon before the crowds come in. And, no functional lock on the stall. This place could be so much more if management would simply ensure the bathrooms are kept somewhat sanitary.

Decent stop for lunch. I had the tequila shrimp tacos. Pretty tasty, especially with their hot sauce put on it. The tots were amazing. Perfectly cooked. Lunch on a Monday we were the only people in the place.

My one time there was ok. Biggest thing from keeping it a 5 star for me was they were understaffed. Which maybe everyone is, I don’t know. But with the college across the street, I would think this doesn’t have to be an issue.
Had a Buffalo chicken wrap. Was AMAZING. Had to wait almost 45 mins on it though with only a few people ahead of me (and take out orders). Staff was very friendly and apologetic. Had to go up to the bar a few times ….. once to check on food and once for a fork (which I never got after standing there 5 mins) and once to check out. Never had anyone at the table except to take order.
Noticed sanitation grade was 87.5.
Bottom line, I’d go again. I’d give them one more try. I went for lunch on a Saturday. Because food was just that good….

This place is great alcohol friendly environment but the thing that will really blow your mind is there food is not your average bar food it is amazing great tasting grab something to eat I recommend

It was my 1st time out in Boone so was super disappointed with the service of the bartenders. Both ladies were very dry and very disrespectful. Felt like we were racially profiled.
Came in with my coworkers after work to enjoy but we left after the 1st around.
We work in the restaurant and bar industry so we know that customer service is a very big factor but we didn’t receive anything from these two young ladies that were at the front of the bar
The gentleman that was a bouncer was more helpful, but unfortunately we took our business somewhere else
Please work on not making your customers not feel welcomed at this place that was highly recommend it!

We walked in at 7:10 pm was slightly busy but waited 30 mins before drinks were taken waters hit the table 45 mins in and we ordered. An hour in the waitress tells us one of the food items we ordered isn’t available . Another 20 mins she returns to tell us that they have no wings . Another 15 mins she returns to tell us they are out of yet another item of food . Drinks weren’t made properly and the food came out after 1 hour and 30 mins asked for water refills and ranch but the waitress went to the bar and started eating her food and talking with the guy bartender.
