Been dying to try the newest of the Pho spots in our area for a while and we weren’t disappointed. We both had the Brisket Pho with fresh Tofu and it was absolutely delicious. Definitely more flavorful than any of the others in the area and plentiful across the board.
They have definitely won us over and we will continue to support this independent business here in Maple Valley.

Is this place a hidden gem or an I just to find out. The fresh rolls were so fresh, I greatly enjoyed the coffee. It didn’t taste like that game powder stuff don’t places serve. My wife got steak pho and I got the ribs. The ribs are a meat fest. Perfect for the hungry carnivore. The broth was top tier and everything was so fresh! We will be back. If you haven’t tried it you should.

Pho, lemongrass vermicelli and grilled pork are my favorites here. Broth in the pho is tasty and flavorful. Also ordered Thai iced tea which they forgot to add the boba I ordered it with but not a big deal for me. Like the food the Thai iced tea was flavorful. Service is always good too! Definitely would recommend this place.

In Maple valley on a cold fall night and you look around for a hot Pho and this is the place with the highest ratings.
And they did not disappoint! The Pho was amazing, the hot chicken broth with chicken which was cut perfectly and were very soft and tender in the broth and with lots of veggies.
We ordered Chicken fresh rolls which was freshly wrapped rolls with grilled chicken along with a delicious peanut sauce.
lastly, the Chicken Banh Mi was a delicious chicken sandwich with soft, juicy chicken.
Great, friendly staff and good parking options!

Absolutely love this place. The pho broth is outstanding, the amount of meat was generous, the noodle was just right, taste was amazing. Here I ordered brisket, meatballs, sliced beef pho, chicken and shrimp lemongrass vermicelli, and thai tea. Service was great, place was always clean. Absolutely recommend this place for pho and other Vietnamese food!

The plates are big, and the food is delicious. I was craving for pho but couldn’t resist lemon grass chicken and ordered it instead. I loved everything I tried and would go again. Our kids liked it too, they ate vermicelli with beef.
