Extremely friendly and helpful staff. This was my first visit, but won’t be my last. After asking questions about everything on the menu, I went with the Cheese Monster meal. It’s thin smash burgers sandwiched between 2 soft grilled cheese sandwiches as the bun with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, and ketchup. The meal came with fries and I opted to add Cajun seasoning to them. Everything was absolutely delicious. I would definitely recommend this burger and I will get it again, but there’s a lot more I want to try next time like the insanity burger.

This was my second time getting lunch from the sweet spot, the first time was phenomenal! This time was pretty good. The people have been nice every time, if you have kids they have a couple cute games for them like a claw machine. I would suggest ordering inside rather than online as I did, the menu is not updated, and you can’t see the specials online either. Oh their bubble tea was delicious, I got it the first time I came here, today I didn’t feel like spending more on a drink than my burger. The rodeo burger was the first one I tried, it was MASSIVE, and beyond delicious, nothing else could compare!

Went in on a Sunday afternoon and they were decently busy but pumped out food impressively fast. These folks are refreshingly excited to be downtown, incredibly kind to everyone that walks in the door, and the Rodeo burger hit the spot for sure. We actually split a single order of fries here – they don’t skimp! Some minimal infrastructure things like sloped floors and menu placement that disrupts the natural flow of the line, but they haven’t even been in this location for a month yet so that’s all small potatoes. The important potatoes (the fries) are solid. And I’m 100% looking forward to ice cream trips here in the summer.
Update 10/24: These folks are crushing it, the Sweet Spot is our favorite local burger joint by a wide margin. Not only have they managed to hire a whole crew of kind and hospitable folks, everything they make is excellent. The menu is big and easy to see from the back of the line and prices are super reasonable. We often stop during peak dinner hours and there’s always plenty of street parking around.

The place is great. The food is filling and very good. I’m not an onion fan but the onions/onion rings are done to perfection on the rodeo burger. I got a 10″ plate of cheese fries for 5 bucks. The cheese sauce is like a sweet cheddar that tastes great.
I normally door dash for this place and had to try the food. I will definitely come again. You get what you paid for.

We just moved here from Louisiana so we’ve been trying new eateries as often as we can. This one is, by far, our favorite! We’ve been back 4x!!! I’m stuck on the cheeseburger made with grilled cheese! I think it’s called the Cheese Monster burger.. I should know by now. The fries are great… But I promise you won’t need them, the burgers are so big, maybe just get some to share. The ice cream selection is always different and their shakes are perfect.
The staff is SO FRIENDLY!! We go in now feeling like family.
The owners have another place, a sub shop in Nanty-Glo… I haven’t been there yet but I’ve heard great things and I don’t doubt them one bit.

Hands down THE BEST burger I’ve ever eaten! The Cheese Monster, I’ve literally been thinking about how great it was the rest of the day! The fries were delicious too! The staff was super friendly and made us feel well taken care of. The owner even came over and ask how our experience was, 10/10 for sure!! The atmosphere was great too, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great bite to eat! I hope the Sweet Spot stays around for many years to come!

Ordered 2 meals and drinks. The cashier was very co fused ,apologizing constantly. Order came out missing items. We decided it would take to long to wait for them to make the missing food. As we ate a lady came in with a dog. The cashier petted the dog and then went to scoop ice cream without washing her hands. Cute place sadly not well run.

For the first time i was able to get a chance to get food from the Sweet Spot and man it’s absolutely delicious, i got a smash burger with Swiss cheese and also the Buffalo chicken fries and they’re SOOOO good , i highly recommend getting their food because you won’t be disappointed or left hungry but infact wanting more like it’s an addiction hahaha.
