Actually really good AYCE sushi here. The fish is fresh and the rice ratio is great. They even offer some sashimi here as part of the AYCE experience. The price is on the low end but the taste is definitely one of the better ones in OC. It does get quite loud and there don’t seem to be enough servers sometimes. The food comes out relatively quickly. Overall great experience, personally would go out of my way to come back.

Ages 12 and up are considered AYCE, so plan accordingly if you bring children or adults who wish to eat socially and not competitively.
I did not stay to eat food, but I’m confident the fish woukd have been high quality if it’s anything like the North Hollywood location.
Also, seating room is quite small, so show up early.

Sushi by Jin in Fullerton has become our go-to spot for Japanese all-you-can-eat dining! My husband and I visit monthly, and it never disappoints. The appetizers are consistently delicious, and the sushi is fantastic with perfectly sized portions of rice. The service is always welcoming, with friendly smiles and quick delivery of food. Highly recommend for a fresh, satisfying sushi experience!

Their service was awfully too slow and food quality was much lower than other all you can eat sushi restaurants. They charged 18% gratuity without asking, and added tip section in the receipt (to fool customers to give them additional tips). I will not go this restaurant again.

The sushi is awesome. I have a gluten sensitivity so I only order the sushi and sashimi. But there is a roll that doesn’t have the imitation crab meat called the Orangethorpe which is great!

Came here on a Tuesday after work and there was no wait. Server was super attentive and food came out quickly. The freshwater eel was the best I’ve had! Honestly everything was so delicious. Highly recommend the premium menu. So tasty. Can’t go wrong with anything here

I used to go to The Sushi By Jin in North Hollywood. They were the best there Moved! Moved to the other side of LA two users ago. I got so happy they opened up another restaurant in Fullerton. The same quality. Fast service. Fish to rice ratio is high. They have Sashimi options and no rice rolls. Bluefin, Halibut, sweat shrimp,, yellowtail… all included. I am on low carb diet… they have very good selection of keto no rice rolls. Appetizers are fresh and warms… no more ice cream tho 🙂
